You know the '75 Cadillac Coupe Deville have Oregon tags! Born and raised here! Was luckily able to find two of those Green Cadillacs! I enjoy have diecast with tags from my home state! On the look out for the Red version I think it's Firethorn I do believe. Awesome showcase and review, Migs! Also admire your information. Also it's pronounced (Or-ee-gin) 👍🏼
I just subscribed to your channel. I enjoy your videos because you relate the models to the 1:1. One would think that the hosts would be prepared to share with, or introduce the audience the background on the models. 🏎 I have some of the cars you featured in this video like the 1964 Pontiac Grand Prix and the 1975 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. I must say that Auto World got the GP spot on. That back window probably presented a challenge until they decided to do a laser scan on a 1:1 to accurately capture the curves and proportions. There are some cars that (probably) were left to the eyeballs and a computer screen. They look that way anyway. I’m thinking of the Greenlight 1968 Buick Skylark. I bought the special all black one with silver/black wheels because that year was unique to the Skylark, with its built in fender skirts. Unless my memory is flawed, the midsized car proportions seem like more of a challenge to squeeze in all the contours without flaws. Nevertheless, they are models intended arouse our emotions after all. I also wanted to comment on the 1976 Cadillac Coupe DeVille; my first of this casting was the Black/Black over Teal D’Elegance. It’s one of the very few that has a pinstripe and Vogue tires. I found another inexpensively on Ebay which consistently sells at about $35.00, but isn’t available that often. I also have the light blue and one of those just sold for $58.00 before fees on Ebay. I’ve been bitten hard by the 1/64 bug these past twelve months, but there are some really cool cars out there now. I’ve gotten some very cool premium Chinese imports of Mercedes, Porsche, and Rolls-Royce. P. S. Pontiac 8-lug wheels on Pontiac full-size cars up to about 1966-68ish. 🕊
Love the Lancia Stratos HF Rallye, but i have to wait, its not available yet here in Germany, i can only preorder it. Same with the Auto World 1964 Pontiac Brand Prix. 😍
