NEW Minn Kota Talon Tilt Mount - Install video 

Thank you for the video instruction. I'm getting ready to install one myself. I would like to ask how you like one talon vs two talons on a boat. How is your experience with one talon?

So you have to buy two things. Your first mount bracket and the tilt bracket?

The only reason I'm getting these brackets installed is so I can easily tilt the Talons to clean and lubricate them easily, without having to take them off each time I clean.

Does boat have a ladder? Why not put on other side?

the long thing with threads is actually a bolt not a nut

sure wish someone would show a close up install on a jackplate. Mine wouldn't install so the Talon was returned.

lame. for the price of those talons it should be power tilt like your motor.

When you added the tilt bracket you changed the height of the Talon in relation to the bottom of the pad by a lot more than 1/8". Before you snug up all the hardware for the talon to the angle bracket and the stop nuts, check this measurement and adjust those stop nuts accordingly . Other than that good video.
