Hey Paul. Like this front elevation. Nice entry and open concept. Spacious kitchen and living room. Long covered lanai. Great space for a pool. Oh. Didn’t expect the bath and bedroom by the laundry/ garage entrance. Nice. Large loft area. Spacious primary and en-suite. Toilet not in its own closet ( not a deal breaker$ and didn’t see a linen closet. Would prefer no tub with a larger shower and a linen closet. Like how the primary on one side and the 2 very spacious beds with amazing closets and bath on the other. This is maybe the 4 th home I’ve seen with the laundry not on the same level as the primary suite. It’s a good location though as soon as you come down the stairs.
