It would! but don't think they will have any floorplans with basements. I do know of a resale neighborhood in Clermont that has basement homes tho! they rarely go up for sale but they do come up from time to time!

I really feel like Clermont is being overdeveloped. Conserving nature in Florida should be top priority!

Great question! You are looking at about 7-9 months right now from time of contract to receiving keys.

Lots of development in Clermont. That is great! But..... why is Clermont zoned for such a badly-rated high school (East Ridge)?

Not too far, actually. Less than a 7-10 minutes drive to grocery store. And decent drive to nice strip malls. But ultimately, you can't beat the driv distance to Disney Springs and Disney World. An artery road will be built out soon.

who is the other builder besides Pulte? are they building other floor plans above the "whitestone" which doesn't have enough bathrooms for us. We want at least 3000sq. ft. We will be down in Orlando looking in 3 weeks
