How do you fix it if the wheels jump track?

What position should it be in for shrink wrapping it for winter?

It's not real clear about what position, 90 or 45, while boating. I understand you'd put it in the 45 so you get put your bimini top up, but do you leave it at a 45 or secure it in a 90 degree position?
