Feel better Dkayed! Also that last duel between the two Runick players good grief I've seen some toxic duels, but man that takes the cake right there. 😂
Runick players are the definition of I have nothing else going on in my life but yugioh. So I'm going to play and win in the saltiness way possible just to make sure everyone feels as miserable as they do on the daily. Just a theory I'm crafting lol
Honestly I'm at a point with Yu-Gi-Oh where i respect the people that only make it to the top 32+ without running the best deck in the game. Y'all make the streams fun
How anyone could disagree with the idea that Purrely desperately needs either 1 huge hit, or 3 smaller ones, I will never understand. Hyper-Consistent at-deck’s-ceiling end board? Check. Very difficult to disrupt or meaningfully diminish the Deck’s endboard? Check. Contains one or more methods of recurring cards from GY, drawing cards from Deck, or Specialing from GY/Hand/Deck? CHECK. Ace monster in the top ten percent of Archetype Aces? CHECK. Capable of teching out-archetype/other archetype resources to enhance the archetype’s most powerful qualities/functions? Check. Capable of rebuilding from a simplified state with little or no resources? Check, check, check. Purrely shows almost every sign of an upper-end Tier 1 Deck that comes within shouting distance of Tier 0. My opinion, anyways. Edit: Feel bad for the D-Link pilot. That Duel #2 was rough.
I like decks that don't negate or interrupt me a billion times during my own turn. Once or twice is ok I guess. Any more than that is just ridiculous and at that point straight up stops you from even playing the game There are other fun ways to win duels. That don't involve setting up a board full of disruption and lame negation. Like battling monsters or life point infliction
@@daedalus5253As a general rule of thumb if it’s unique, creates interesting gameplay, and is not overpowered without any kind of exploitable weakness or hard locks it’s a objectively good deck for the games health
52:00 Couldn't he just go to the battle phase and destroy the beast instead of wasting all his plays ? or does the Naturia player have a way to revive it? I am not familiar with the deck
He”s just giving up. Yes naturia can revive the beast but require a little bit of set up. And at that point i’m not sure if his battle phase is skip also.
Slumber in hand protects it from battle plus i dont think he entered battle phase to reset the skip effect of his runick cards he activated in turn 1. Even after all that, cricket is still there to summon a camellia which will revive the beast if he ever summons. Naturia beast in a runick mirror is pretty much checkmate unless you have something like kurikara or droplet + monster in hand.
