I've been of the same mind with their teasers. They mean nothing and have 109% been intentional bait as such to draw in players. With an intentional bait teaser that seemingly teases a product that won't be delivered. Idc I'll say it brutally. Whoever is in charge of this is shit at their job, unless they were brought on specifically to use cliche mobile game marketing tactics

So many skins and non purchaeable content still hidden and unavailable in any chest or any way to attain in game. Kinda hard to feel sorry for a game that has content they could be making money on, yet choose to make it completely unattainable. Been that way for a long time so I don't feel one bit bad about not giving them any money because the content I want, they won't let me purchase. Why can I STILL not purcahse police officer Fernando skin? ITs dumb, and they are killing their own game off. NO one to blame but themselves.

Because that nando skin is Limited. In other words, it was advertised to players as being a one-time thing and that it is forever exclusive for those that bought it. What you are saying is that you want EM to break this promise.
