Speaking of Bronze League, I played three melee games yesterday, and realized they were my first 1v1s after a 15 year break.

Watched this live and watched it again now. In my opinion it doesn't look busted. It looks expensive. It takes 150g (not even taking into consideration that the wand has a CD) to dispel 2 (if you hit both) level 2 feral spirits. Time will tell if this really will be used or not. Let's see! Looking forward to testing it.

To apply more pressure you should get wand all the time, and dont wait to use it. When farseer summons the wolfs, they are togwther, a good player will split them. A low wolf becomes more useless then a wolf with full hp

Stupid question: After Grubby saw Orc is fast teching with only 1 Burrow, couldnt he go all in Ted-Style Mass Towerrush? How can a fast teched orc survive teds TR? How could Orc def 3 Fiends with Atk Upgrade mass frost armors, towers, blight, ziggus? Undead could even sell half his base to push Upgrades and 1-2ziggus more. It shouldnt be possible to fast tech without barracks without any consequences. Even if u was scouted

Honestly Grubby inspiring people to play this game is huge. It has a learning curve and like any RTS its hard to get into. The good news is theres also a lot of people who are just starting out in this game too. If you can stick w/ wc3, its such a rewarding game...this is coming from someone who has played since early 2000s. I will take 1-3 month breaks and will somehow always come back to wc3. Its that good of a game that no new RTS or game has ever done besides wc3.

The side characters of the 32:30 attack are funny to me. There is this peasant that is so tunnel visioned in finishing the sanctuary that he ignores the undead army. And 33:50 the breaker was like excuse me let me through, let me through i need to go to my rally point😅

To those unfamiliar - Mechabellum is an auto battler mecha strategy game. It is similar to Riot's TFT / Dota Auto chess / Legion TD 2 / SC 2 Direct Strike. It is supposed to go F2P, but no date was given (likely when 1.0 arrives, in half a year if I were to guess).

Ngl, tier 2 UD with mass casters is entertaining to watch. Not only that but it allowed them to counter water elementals to a degree which helps out protecting their expo so the haunted mine buff is not needed. I wish we could see more tier 2 from top UD against human.

If warcraft 3 added the ability to issue commands to all units in an AoE around a hero, by holding ctrl or something like in Dota 2 I'd probably go back and play it, but I'm too old to micro these days.

Does the Staff of Negation function similarly to the Priest dispel when it comes to dispelling blight, because I think that maybe it should have a tag that prevents dispelling blight, other than that, good addition!

Bronze league made me believe that W3 is playable also not at top level -> meaning there is also an opportunity for new players, and not only veterans.

Doesn't the addition of Wand of Negation also counter Anti-magic Shell strategies against Destroyers completely in the mirror? It seems to me that this means that the Undead mirror will stay Destroyer only. Granted, I have no idea about the intricacies of the game so I would appreciate some additional insights.

This change may cause more investments into direct damage spells like Chain Lightning, Blizzard vs the summoning spells. Curious if the wand does affect Serpent Ward, Banish and Sleep.

Why do you focus the mountain king in the last battle instead of the 60% mana paladin? Since he just got healed over and over. He also didn't have divine shield since he picked aura. By the time the MK was forced to teleport the paladin was on like 10% hp just from collateral damage.

Once you've webbed some Wind Riders, would it not make sense to move out of their range?

Not sure if purchasing dispel for gold+inventory slot is that cool, honestly. Too weak even for lvl 2 water elems/wolves. Maybe vs early hex it is fine though. I'd rather see another ritual dagger, but for mana regen.

If a squad of 10 horse archers goes against 10 cavalry and they don't hit and run or spread or harass ... they have no chance of winning. They would never win a head on fight. People who have played at least a little AoE 2 or other similar games should easily understand the concept. Ergo, 6 Wyverns are much more effective when spread out, harassing the main base, the expansion, the neutrals, the scouts ... Your counter was pretty good against them, so the enemy shouldn't have continued making more Wyverns when they know you are already prepared. Few bats or just trolls with few riders used for ensnare and a bit of tanking probably would have been much better ... But of course the player would need great micro to avoid the Nova AoE as much as possible.
