I ordered 8 pieces from Huge Pod, thinking it would be a good way to show off my artwork on tshirts and hoodies. I loved that it had the all-over print option and you could choose from several styles of tees. I even looked at their distribution centers and saw they had them out of LA and San Francisco (near me) so I thought shipping wouldn't be an issue. Once I ordered, I received no info about when I would get my order. After waiting for over a month and several back and forth emails to the company, I had my ordered delivered!! But talk about disappointment! These are not printed on tshirt material. I almost feels like a thin, cheap swimsuit. AND apparently, you can't machine wash or dry them! What?! The quality of the print is horrible (blurred edged and muddy colors). And the sizing is definitely off. I ordered adult men's and women's sizes but these are more like CHILDREN'S sizes. Now I cannot sell these at my upcoming art show and am out the money I put forward for these. Will never order from them again. Can't get a refund. Heavy pass.

ooof sorry to hear about your experience! I agree that the all over prints do not feel like normal shirts. They felt more like a net material, which is why next time I would rather try their cotton options cause I'm assuming those will be more similar to the traditional shirts. At least I hope so! Their AOP are made of pure polyester which is why it feels weird, but for someone who cares more about placement and creativity, it might be good for them. I also had sizing issues, they definitely run smaller than our regular sizes here and I wanted to show that in the video too. I personally did love the quality of the print and have had no issues with washing but I know everyone's experience is different. I can't imagine how dishearting that must have felt for you. Printful is my favorite provider but I know they're more expensive too.

because their all over prints are sublimated, sublimation printing can only successfully be done on a polyester garment which is why they're a bit shiny. cheers

The clothing it's self is gonna be cheaper. So basically since it's all over, you're paying for the extra ink being used and where it's being shipped from. Of course still paying for the clothing.

They have facilites outside of china not all fabric studios are sweatshops…plus they are affordable but not extremely cheap, the pricing alone lets you know that’s probably not the case..

I believe I had a black rectangle with my design on it and put that on the half of the hoodie I wanted it to be on. and then did the same thing for the front

My order took a bit longer than normal to arrive because they were currently rebranding and were dealing with shipment restrictions, however, I was told those were extraordinary circumstances and their turn around time is actually more like 15 business days

Hi! I have not personally had issues with the print fading but I always wash my apparel inside out and with cold water. I usually let them air dry too. This is just a personal preference though

Of course! Add your desired products to cart and on the last page titled "review order" you'll see a spot to add a promo code. Use it there :) It should work, but let me know if it doesn't :)

How Often can I use your 10% code, and if I have an email account registered with the site, will it allow me to use someone else's code? If I integrate my shop to some site Will I still be able to use it code per sale???

So if you have a pre-existing account, you still should be able to apply the code at checkout. As far as how often, I think it might only be once and used more for sample orders but let me reach out to them to double check

So for better print quality u said 100% cotton looks better. But 100%poly is shiney and has dots???

Almost! So I think the 100% cotton is better fabric quality (it's thicker and comfier and more of what you would expect from a hoodie/sweatshirt). The print however, looks better on 100% poly though it is shiny and MUCH thinner. The dots only appeared in one of the products so I think it was a malfunction on their part because they sent me another one to replace it and it was perfect :) Let me know if you have more questions!

So HugePOD is on the tag/shirt somewhere? You can't put your own tag brand???

nope! HugePOD does not show up anywhere on the shirt. It only came on the plastic packaging. The shirt/hoodies simply have the size of the apparel but nothing else. When you actually go to upload your design, you can choose to upload your own brand label if you want for a small cost.
