Thank you for making the belts interchangeable with the originals, much appreciated. I can't believe you found a way to improve already perfect climber!
I still use my Old LW climber, zero issues in 17 years of using it. I'm really glad that the new belts will fit the old stand. I have a complete 1 stick/ saddle set up that I use often, but I really like the climber for long sits. Thank you very much for bringing climbers up to speed, It looks like you two nailed it!!
I have a climber from 06' I still use. This past year I bought a Fix platform and some double steps, they rock too. This climber looks incredible! Thanks Andre and Cody!!!
Very nice I will definitely pick one up. At the end of the video you mentioned using the bottom bar as a shelf. It would be nice to have an integrated small hook or something to mount the lone wolf pack using one of thr straps at the top. My .5 had what I'm trying to describe. Hope these come out soon!
Still have and use my original sit and climb that you helped my wife buy for me as a gift back in early 2000’s. Works perfect and still in perfect shape. I take care of it.
Been using the Lone Wolf hand climber, as I got older changed to the sit & climb (10 years ago! even older now!), saddle wasn't for me, tried 2 seasons. This new design may be a substantial improvement on what was already the best system. Thanks guys, truly talented and inspiring.
Hell yes, I've used lone wolf my whole life and new this climber would be badass the moment I heard about it, and the fact your stands are brought to us from a mom n pop American made business makes it that much sweeter. Can't wait to climb a tree with one fellas 🤙
I will definitely be putting one of those to good use. I’m still a huge climber fanboy! Shot many bucks including my big Connecticut 8 point this year (2022) out of my lone wolf sit and climb.
Looks like y’all nailed it, I love my XOP climber for hunting big woods, it’s just so simple to use with less loose parts to loose rather than a hang on. That’s just my opinion In big woods scenarios though. This stand looks sweet. Literally everything I would want in a climber but way more, the weight, teeth design, original belt, and machined platforms!
I bet I climbed over a thousand trees with ol hand climber from the nineties. Great stands and still have it but use it very little cause I feel I need new hardware for it. This stand looks like a winner to me. Good job! My as well put me on the waiting list for this stand.
Man, I’m still using my lone wolf climber since the mid 80’s. Still love that climber. I’m jacked about this new climber, when will it be available ? Will you have this to see/purchase at the sportsman’s show in Harrisburg in February ?
Thanks for thinking of the previous customers with the original climbers. Being able to upgrade the track cables and keep these stands in use is big. I will be picking up one of these new climbers in the future. You've addressed all the things that bugged me about the previous model which I thought was the most solid stand on the market.
this thing looks awesome. my old sit and climb is still the best stand i've used for stealth, portability, and ease of climbing. one thing that would be nice would be a way to lock the sit bar in the upright our straight out in front of you position like if you wanted to; use it as a gun rest, take a nap and have an extra level of protection, rest our arms out on it.
Thank you for making some of the parts interchangeable! I contacted novix about parts for my assault climber and I got nothing but attitude from them! I wouldn’t by a stand from them now if they had the last one for sale! Will the knobs interchange as well? Thanks again for thinking of everyone with older stands and solving the issue! I look forward to checking out your new climber in the near future
THANK YOU JESUS!!! I love all 3 of my LW Sit and climb stands! I have been waiting for this new stand to come out! I absolutely Love this design! Sign me up, one for me and one for my son!
Finally! i started a thread on the SH forum about the need for the evolved UL climber two years ago atleast. i was hoping for sub 12lb but its still lighter than my openshot. We'll see how she performs and hopefully it wont take a year to get one.
We will definitely be placing an order on these and utilizing them in 2023 . Great job guys yet again improving on the best ever, it is a feat within itself.
Please do another video demonstrating climbing a tree with this new design and the various feet positions that can be used to climb and to sit and climb. I have the old small climber and want to see if this new one would be easier to sit and climb. Thank you.
The new backpack straps appear to be correct, as opposed to last year's inverted design. For those of us who purchased the inverted design, can we receive the correct design at some discount?
So when are they going to be available ? And how much? I currently have 2 sit n climbs with the fold up seat conversion kit and love it .. hopefully this model out does that one...
I love the look of this climber and I use climbers on public land a lot. So I can't wait for this stand to be released. However my only concern is if edges of the metal are as Sharp as the other lcwg hang on stands and climbing sticks. If so will they start cutting the belts as the stand is being used cause I know the edges cut the webbing straps. Please for everyone safety and my own make sure this won't be an issue before this climber is released.
You didn’t mention if the adjustment levers that hold the belt to the stand were changed. The original levers on the Alpha are not user friendly at all. Very hard to use with cold or gloved/ mittened hands. Still love my Alpha but wish I could replace the original levers with new. Thanks for sharing the new improvements. Love the new lighter weight!!! 😃😃🦌🦌
Have you ever tried using wax to make the levers easier to use? I've never used a climber but Dan infalt has a video out on how to maintain your climber and the biggest complaint with them is after a while, those little latch lever get stiff,..put a little wax in there and you'll be good to go
the top traction belt in this video is like the old style but when you go to your website to order it the top traction belt is on the other side. Like its backwards. Did the design change after this video was made?
Just got my product, traction belt and the snap on to hold it in place was put on backwards. I saw another guy on RU-vid that has the same problem. You would think for $999, LWCG and their quality team would realize this issue because shipping out bad climbers.
