Gold foil has me ready for Chrome already. Some of the color variations with the "neon sign" design are going to POP!

I received my jumbo hobby box a few weeks ago, & it had 2 purplish colored foil packs on top as soon as I opened. Thanks for sharing this!

I really like this design for 24. Very sharp. My only complaint is the 89 parallels. The font and spacing used on alot of the player names is all wrong and I can't unsee it. They're supposed to be centered on the banner and some are, but others seem like they're smooshed all the way over to the left side of the banner. 89 topps would also somewhat vary the font size occasionally so shorter names filled more of the banner. These arent doing that leaving tons of empty space. I know its kind of a minor "boo hoo" thing, and Im not sure why it bugs me so much, but it does. Kinda takes me out of the moment, especially since 89 was the first year I really got into collecting so I was really looking forward to these throwbacks this year but over all I dig what Im seeing with this set.

was nervous cause the numbers showed a lot of red for jumbo. just ripped my first box, i grabbed a case.....said i was only going to rip 1 today but it will be tough. it was absolute fire. Just one silver pack had an orange /25 of RC mauricio (my first name lol), Jason dominguez, mike trout, tatis jr. one silver pack! in total i hit a nice ozzie smith auto, bat relic of rizzo, black relic /199 of teoscar hernandez, other silver pack had a posey. team border of joey wiemer, true gold detmers, gold foils of tork and acuna jr, /299 of jhoan duran, JULIO /499 and shes perfect! got all the rooks i wanted in base. honestly for 1 jumbo box, i got it for 160/box out the door w/shipping......absolutely cant beat this value.

You should watch that varsho green in the video, it actually looks really cool when your moving it around. Another great rip.

I was missing my silver packs from last years series 1 and they claimed they didn't have anymore so they sent me 8 base silver cards instead. Super cool😢

Love the design of the cards this year

The first jumbo I watched being opened the guy pulled a Henry Davis RPA /25. I have yet to see a manufactured relic. Hopefully they listened and got rid of them.

Fun to watch but woof. I’m passing on this release. Not a fan of the design and the rookies are meh. Hopefully the big auto is next box!

Question: with the increase in checklist from 330 to 350, and with fewer cards overall in jumbo boxes, do you still get the full base checklist in a jumbo box?

No silver packs? I'm also very interested to know how Stryker continues to get products 2-3 days in advance. This release did seem to come out early for a lot of people, but it seems consistent here. Could be promo packs/boxes. I also want to be clear that I nothing but support SB and his content, but it is interesting.

40 cards per pack. 36 base per pack x 10 = 360 per jumbo box. 350 for the complete set. Does anyone know if or how close you can come to putting the set together in a Jumbo?

You skipped right over the Nolan Schanuel RC and the box went down hill from there. He's one of the youngest RCs in this product and has a path to play everyday out in Anaheim. He's the best sleeper in the product IMO. He absolutely tore up college ball, then the Angels grabbed him in the 1st round last year and he was in the bigs 40 days later. He batted .275 last year in the bigs down the stretch only 40 days after being drafted... you at least gotta sleeve him!🙂

Honestly I think the only time Jumbos have been worth the value are last year's series 1. Every pack felt like a 2022 Update hanger box, except 1 of the packs had an auto and 2 had relics. Still can't believe I pulled a Julio Postseason Performers /25 from one last year. By the way, where were the silver packs and box topper for that box?

If two real relics is standard, that makes jumbo a bit more appealing. If no silver packs is standard, that makes jumbo a lot less appealing as I preordered jumbo on the basis of the silver packs. Whoo boy. That said, those gold foils are very nice looking.

I just watched someone else open a 2024 jumbo and the silver packs were right on top. Topps screwed you on this box. Definitely would be contacting them.
