That overwhelming feeling accompanied by feeling tired is common in people with ADD/ADHD. Our brains are not made for instant organization and the files we carry around in our heads get so full of information. Its common to want to nap instead. I also am Autistic so just "pushing through" unfortunately just doesn't work. I get severe brain fog and I need to do it when it "feels right". If I try to push through things I just fall apart with emotions or I become more unorganized because I am just not interested in the task. I love that you said these things though, I was actually going to ask how you found the time and energy to do all the things you do. Its nice to know you struggle like me. Thanks for being real

I always use oxiclean on my carpets. It gets up juice. I have like a tablespoon in with the steam cleaning solution and a pitcher of oxi clean water I pour on the stain and let it set.

I was overwhelmed a few weeks ago after I had the flu and a sinus infection. My house completely fell apart, and we also had our ceiling fan in the bathroom catch fire..cleaning up after all that took me weeks..I've only now just felt like I'm in routine again

Tiffany can you please tell me what brand of ground turkey you eat? Every time I get ground turkey there's hard pieces in the meat and it feels like I'm biting on pieces of sand!
