Precious periods of the Nagas had gone forever, we'll never regain those days .They are humble in deed and dignity in labour. We admire their noblest deeds.
With the collaboration of India and Nagas,, perfect match People love one another.. India never forget of helping.. People from India is always ready to help.. I Absalom from small village in North East India..
Gone are the days when Nagaland Government was running smoothly without any corruption and their main focus was development and bringing change to society..😢 Now look at us lacking behind in every possible way..😂
So good and emotional at the same time to see the old footage of our parents and grandparents. Imagine if paper mill, sugar Mill and plywood factory was still working, our youths wouldn't have been unemployed today. Central Govt have done so much for our people yet we still choose to be ignorant and demand for a seperate country went the majority of us have already voted in favor of accepting the indian Constitution.
Such a submissive mindset you got, good for you....But that mentality wouldn't do any good if we flip that to our national interest. I reckon you are the one being ignorant. You talked about Central Govt. building a few mills which benefited and employed some section of people that same Govt. passed AFSPA in which we had faced decades of terrible atrocities of the Indian Army. Also you mention, majority are in favor accepting the Indian Constitution. Then what do you say to the fact ; NNC conducting plebiscite on 16 May 1951, wherein 99% votes for Nagas independence. No change of narrative. KUKNALIM
We are a broken society. Broken before our culture was deeply ingrained; broken before our community steadily evolved; broken by ideologies from outside; broken by visitors that left us wanting more than we could handle; broken by holding on to a broken vision... Perhaps the struggle of the past was valid but now, no matter how vocal, we are already half a foot surrounded by modern values and our voices have turned archaic
If only paper mill and sugar mill are revived again! But Alas! The greed and corruptions has taken a toll of Nagaland. The poor getting poorer while the rich getting richer.
This was when Nagaland was under Cm hokishe sema the best Cm of Nagaland where there was almost no corruption and good governance. His legacy is very appreciated 👍🏻 As for our present Cm Rio ...talking about his legacy ...worst CM most corrupt cm of nagaland 😢
Having denied Independence of the Nagas ,granted Statehood and earnestly started all round development at a fast pace.Great transformation took place but during transition & continuance of Naga 'Nationalists' struggle politicians , bureaucrats, technocrats and even the citizens have become corrupted by money, power -materialism and indivitualism . Genuine progress has stopped, the much hyped Sugar Mill, Dimapur, The Paper Mill ,Tuli have vanished. The Cement Factory, Wazeho is inoperative. The moot question is, who is to be blamed? Indo-Naga problem? What irks citizens the most is if the vital importance of a friendly buffer State let Government of India judiciously dispense off the sacred Indo- Naga 'Framework Agreement ' -in letter and spirit of it's literal implications in totality.Let the most powerful God of the Gods prevail on the judgement.Amen
Yes, during August 14th 1947 our Nagas Father's and officially was so faith for Naga lem. But now we are scratch by Political as well as Naga Arm practice different factions! who live in earth as a Christians help us by pray for Nagaland, so God will Judges for Naga solution Amen. Long live Nagaland.
Our forefathers were so beautiful..we should seek for the righteousness again and let Jesus do the rest ...we really really really need our God to choose the right leader.. Nagaland for Christ ❤
Our successive governments are to be blamed for not able to maintain those industries and developing it further and making amends with the limitations that occurred thus far !!
if only all the Nagas were united as one we would have been at another level but now politics have diluted everything, the rich are extremely rich and the poor are extremely poor, and there are still thousands of unreached villages
Forget about Indian civilization....when our own state is developing....Konyak were busy head hunting😅😢😢some villages in Konyak still don't have the water supply,no sense of electricity 😢no roads to some villages 🤧😢its hurt when govt.of india/state govt. provided all the necessities to other parts offthe state since 1970s...what is wrong/who is responsible for the Eastern part of the state!!?😢😢😢😢
Your own self is responsible Don't blame others! What the advance tribes achieved is from the grassroots by working hard and being wise to choose the right choices of life. It's time for you guys to live a responsible thought and hardwork ..keeping on barking without doing the work won't help you out of the closed door.
We must be very thankful to Indian government, British had ruled in our land for many years and done nothing, but they kept us as early man, n we still worship those Britishers.
The Sugarmill factory was indeed very impressive.. However, due to human settlement in dimapur leading to decrease in sugarcane fields, it diminished by time. Opportunity lost for employment of youth
