i luv it , and im not kiddin , im in the market for the same type van a"FORD" and sorta setup like that one , i also dont need 4x4 but im thinking of building out one to actually live in full time , iam soooo close to pullin the trigger on selling out my 30' travel trailer that i live in now and have been for last 10yrs and sell my chev pickup and buy a big Ford van
@@ragimundvonwallat8961 they are both over 10yrs old [truck is a 02 Trailer is 01] and im jus wanting to upgrade in yrs and down size my trailer size , so i can go and move around without to many parking limitations , realize im older 62yo. single and im ready to GO!!!
@@jdleestirringthepot6421 ah for a single man, yeah i get it now...no troubles or big rigs, just jump in it and drive! good idea. as a mechanic i would say just avoid diesel for liveaboard, many people regret it for a liveabord. stick with gas engine. diesel are great for industrial work when servicing will always be made at the rigth time because the machine live in a money flowing environement. for personal use gas engine are always better and in case of major trouble the gas engine can limp along a long time gravely wounded....diesel not so much and getting those fixed will suck the life out of you. (just my opinion)
@@ragimundvonwallat8961 im a X 40yr big truck driver , i like diesel in big trucks not in a smaller truck [well maybe a 7.3 or a cummins with a Allison Trans BUT I dont need a truck that big] but ya no im looking for small v8 maybe 5.4 to 5.7 encase i want to pull a small trailer at some time
@@JonsMotoGarage practicality sir? yeah that must weigth on very heavily for you...you know the guy that backflip of the roof of his house hmm yeah practicality of course hahaha!
Lol. For reals! I plan to get a trailer soon since we'll sometimes have seats in the back. I ca imagine riding up and getting clothes lined by the van. Hahaha!
Thing is awesome man! You got so many options, where to even start, pick your flavor blank canvas pretty much. I'd absolutely mob that mobile command center, good find Jon and good call Jackie. Stay cool brother
Great adventure wagon! 🤘 It's perfect for yours big family 👍 A tiny minus for the lack of 4wd, but you get pritty far off the grid whith i anyway! CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE 8K OF SUB'S!!!! 🎂🍻⚡🤘🎶
I don't mind cool looks over function on a bike, but what that lift and tires do to mpg.. it does look good though. Some type of locking differential in the back would give you quite a bit of off-road capability still..and maybe a winch on that hitch up front
Nice looking 1 ton. Looks like the lift kit was installed to accommodate the larger wheels. Will definitely cost you in gas mileage but......any 1 ton is gonna cost more to run. How many miles?
I see we have Einstein on the thread. Really? Gonna cost more to run? Wow. I had no idea? Aren’t these (to use your words), “one tons” supposed to be really good on gas?! Captain obvious, lol. SMH.
Damn dude you could fit Godzilla in that thing if you wanted to. Lol Looks good man I like it even tho im not a ford guy. If you keep having kids u gonna need a school bus next jk jk lol i got 2 and that is way above plenty for me hahahahah
It drives like a lifted truck. Lol. Not the most comfortable initially, but once you have momentum, she rolls pretty smooth. Certainly not a practical feature for my purposes. This isn't the first time I thought a lift would be cool and then realized how not so cool it is. hahahaa! But with the 15 passenger vans, I really can't stand the stock stance/look. First world problems! Lol.
@@JonsMotoGarage hopefully somebody's change the factory plugs in that 5.4 3 valve those are pretty good engines but make sure all oil changes are done on time they're very unforgiving in that department but definitely a cool ride you got
That is Bad Ass! The real question is, How many bikes can you fit in there? & "jew boy" really? i don't know what to say to that. I'm hoping i miss heard you.
@@JonsMotoGarage I'm actually looking to get something myself this year. Was thinking a box truck like the moving truck style and building living quarters on the inside and room to haul 2 bikes. I'm just concerned about fuel costs driving it around the country. What's that van get mpg?
