@@BoraPreetam I have become a fan of your honest unbiased opinion. I had booked Srambler 400x . But I was keen on Himalayan also. I prefer bike with less stress on the engine while cruising at 120kmph. And no vibes below that . I like laid back riding or relaxed riding when I am in road ghat section roads. In ghats and twisty roads, I should not feel like downshifting too much . 4 th gear 40kmph should be duable. 6th gear should have pull to go up from 60kmph till 120 kmph easily on highways. Let me know which bike suits my requirements. I have been riding cbr 250 since 10 years. Test rides won't help to decide so. To rent and decide, I need to wait minimum 6 months for sure.

Both bikes will sit at 120 kmph without any stress all day long. Your requirements will be easily met by the Triumph as well as the Royal Enfield. I feel it will be unfair to both the bikes to give replies to such specific queries, unless we have both the bikes side-by-side, and ride them back-to-back in the same riding conditions, and in the specific conditions that you have asked for. We do hope to do a longer ride with both bikes once we get a test unit from Triumph. From a ride quality and suspension perspective, it's the Himalayan which has the upper hand, and I have a feeling it will match the Triumph on every parameter in performance, if not better it. But then again, the Triumph is the lighter bike as well. @@JC-nx5xx

@@suryaavinashilingam6539 yes took it on 18th of this month. Triumph showroom experience sucks in Bangalore. But the bike is a gem, you will feel it's a premium bike on hand. Also, a lot of heads turn to see the bike, it's an attention seeker. I Had no issues till now except the showroom people.

​@@napster6185hi bro I,m planning to go for scrambler 400x but there is no showroom in my city nearest one is about 200km in Chandigarh , so I'm concerned about service and all , as this would be the first batch production so chances of fault in bike is more , what do you suggest?

Scrambler is best for daily commute and highway tours. 90% of people use bikes for the above purpose. Rarely people go to ladakh so practically Himalayan makes less sense to buy.
