i can't stress this enough but playing D/D/D without zeus is hard times (without baronne is not really that hard). Please just stick to the standard version of D/D/D that plays zeus for your sanity but if you want life more difficult you can try the 100% pure version. bright arma and purple have been putting in work (mostly bright arma for the targeting effect) but purple is another beatstick that you can bring out semi easily. i tried caesar ragnarok and kali but they didn't come up for me as often as I would expect. I'm trying to implement player perspective comments in these vids because people seem to have liked those from the guide so I'll try my best to implement them more in future vids.

small world searches you all the names in the deck if you play archfiend eccentric. Bacon Saver is also a nice bridge. Any D/D -> (fiend) Eccentrick -> (fiend) any other D/D Veiler/Nibiru/any level 3 handtrap besides Ogre -> (light or level 3) Eccentrick -> (fiend) any D/D

you have to understand that D/D/D In its current form can't deal with more than 2 hand traps (unless you open a god-like hand or semi broken hand) my fiend-smith build was just for fun and showcase purposes so you probably should change some things in the deck to help you out and 3 disruptions can deal with any deck in the game so don't let it get you down. But I think with enough playtesting and luck, you'll get better results.

@@Falcon99-pm4lr i'd say droll against hero and raidraptors will help you alot and tenpai is just horrible match up but I would negate the field spell always so they aren't protected although that's risky because they play a lot of board breakers and you always make them go first. Yubel is a 50/50 match up right now IMO but after they get phantom it'll probably be horrible match up but d'ark is kind of clutch in that game. branded is also a tough match because of their insane recovery, push power and follow up but it's winnable if you play okay and they don't open too insane. you have to like start vs unchained but hope they don't open enough gas but ashing their search spell and tour guide is good. if they have Ceasar, you can play around it by searching swamp king because ceasar can't negate that. i haven't played against enough melodious to share knowledge but from what I know that deck isn't that great at going second so the first turn board should be able to handle that deck. also you should be playing more than 9 handtraps.

well, the lore is that i been playing this deck since I first saw reijie play it in episode 12 of arc v (legit) so I been on this deck for 10 years but there's more to this story.
