I just watched a video about this ship on Trev and Chels' channel. It looks amazing and I can't wait to see the crew areas. They showed a lot of the upgraded design choices that will improve guest experiences. I hope they were as thoughtful for crew areas as well.

While I was on the wonder of the seas(may 26th-june 2nd) the preformers for the utopia aqua show were practicing the show before going on the ship a few weeks later

When you start to sail from Port Canaveral with the real guests you will see that Utopia gonna be the worst ship in the world for the crew, same like Icon

However hard a job is. If they are getting a monthly salary then I don't salute them for anything. As they are just doing their job for the salary they get. I only salute to those people who are volunteering for seo thing. As they need not do it and they are not reaping any benefits. In such cases I would specifically leave a 100 or 150 percent tip and also get them some gift. To salaried people I would not get even the bare minimum, as they are just doing their job like I do mine.
