Everyone does 130 to 140 anyways. Wont make a difference.. Rush hour is 40.

Because 100kmh was one of the slowest speed limits in Canada/US, and is widely ignored. 110 is joining the rest of the world.

100Kmh was one of the lowest speed limits in Canada/US. If you are not sure, then definitely don't drive in New York State, where they have the lowest speed limit in the Continental United States of 65MPH, which is 105KMH. Very scary indeed. 110 is the equivalent of just 68mph.
