The boatyard and vendors are always so stressful and so expensive, looks like you made it though, so that’s nice!

Nice job well done, making stainless steel arches is not easy. Especially if the boat is older and out of standard models. A tip on the electric connection blocks. “Kroonsteentjes” keep them lubbend or lacked. The copper wire and steel of the blocks tend to rust fast. If you keep them greasy of under clear coat you will have less trouble form them. Well done 👍🏻

Enjoyed….good drawings. Took my old arch off, was tearing apart my stern…a DIY project gone pear shaped…still trying to come up with a better design. Wiring, looks kinda like mine did and I spent days pulling dead wires. Anyhow, enjoyed…pulling up your old Spectra build video, yup, I have an issue! Thx, Andrew (Bahamas)

When I started complaining about things like that after I came here (RSA) years ago, the standard answer usually was "Welcome to Africa" and a big grin plus a shrug. So after being a while on this continent, I remembered and started following one of my old man's golden rules in regards to having people work for you: "If you want something done thoroughly, rather do it yourself ..."

@Sailing Exodos *_ Ha, at least that part of Africa has to be a thousand times better than here in the Southern part. But then again the local workshops here are run by knowledgeable tradesmen and yes at a Price! _*
