*NEW* Syberia - The World Before #1 (Steampunk Life Is Strange?!) 

Hey Clare! Pls consider playing “What Remains of Edith Finch”. It’s a point and click game that is extremely sad and beautiful. You can play the whole thing in one to three streams maybe.

There are three games in the series before this one and I would recommend that you play them as well because that will explain the story of Syberia and Kate Walker, who you follow threw all games. That will give you the answere to why she is in prison now and the whole story about the automatons. The third game really was different from the two first ones with almost a new story which this seem to follow, but Kate, automatons and Hans are key elements through all four games. I know because I have played them all from the beginning and I have even made videos on my channel (No ad)

Never heard of this game but I'm already excited to watch this play through. Surprisingly you're the only youtuber/streamer I like to watch full playthroughs of. Doesn't matter what game it is you make it very fun.

Hey Claire! I think the game´s setting is both inspired by Vienna, Austria (where I´m from :D) and Germany during/after the second World War. The names of the characters are mostly Austrian-German names and the shop´s names and small notes are also all in German. Additionaly, Sachertorte (the cake) is a national dish here! (It´s delicious ;D) Love you!!

Glad you're playing this beautiful game, but just FYI it is essentially Syberia 4, and follows on from the cliffhanger ending of part 3. With many callbacks to 1 and 2 as well. There is a "previously on" video on the main menu, but it's very brief.

Idk if Clare finds it yet, or if she finds it in the second episode/later, but there is a note that explains the Vagerans are Jewish. Hence the reaction/behavior towards them as well as the correctly guessed mindset of the "party" as Clare mentioned. Just wanted to mention this!! (written well before the end of the episode lol).

I don't know if anyone has mentioned it, but you kept asking who Hans is. I played the original Syberia games years ago and I believe Hans is a reference to a character from the older games. I think he was the designer of the automatons.
