I bought a g&g scale for 30€ and it's unbelievable how accurate she is, compared it with a mettler scale at my lab(temperature controlled room, decoupled granite table, monthly calibrated) and it's accurate to the 4th digit. It's also fast and has the grains unit. I couldn't trust what i'm seeing, amazing how cheap high sensitive load cells have become and for home use more than enough

When will this powder measure be available to purchase? I have a creedmoor scale and would love to get rid on my charge master and be able to skip that step with this system.

This answers my question of whether it will work on my scale. Going to have to get one of these units!!!!!!

Price makes a difference when getting into long range shooting. The chargemaster is ok but would like more accuracy.

I actually have that scale and I also combine it with a RCBS Mechanical Scale for the throw. And Up until now for all the years that have reloaded, mostly for hunting. Speed made no difference for me. 20-30 seconds, even a minute per charge.

Just hope the cost isn't going to be something crazy like what's out there now for reloading scales. Right now the Supertrickler is $750, costing more than the 120i scales. Then the Autotricker is coming in at $490. Still steep, but at least it's less than the cost of the 120i scales. It would be dumb to get a CM 925 scale for $300-ish bucks then be expected to toss $700+ bucks for a dropper/trickler. That would be twice the cost of the CM scales. The whole point of someone getting the CM scale is to get good precision on a budget. Sure it's slower, but still a good tradeoff. A weigh scale doesn't REQUIRE a device like this, but a device like this does REQUIRE a weigh scale, just to put things into perspective.

It’s probably not going to fit you then. The Creedmoor scale is 375 by the end of this month and the new system is going to be at least 750. In comparison the Rcbs match master is 900 and won’t even come close to the speed or accuracy. And the other systems you spoke of don’t either

@@ingenuityprecision For accuracy, it only NEEDS to be within 0.1 grains. Anything less isn't really measureable on target. This has been proven time and again. The RCBS Match Master is more than accurate enough and cost less given your pricing model. You're double the cost of the Autotrickler and still more than the Supertrickler. I guess you don't want to sell many of them. I realize you're very proud of your new product, as you should be. However, you're severely overpriced at this early stage for an unproven design/build. I hope I'm wrong, and I wish you luck, but it's a no for me. Sorry.

@@Rico11b Respectfully, if you don't see the value in this or understand the price, it's not for you and you don't know what goes into designing a system like this. PRS/ELR shooting is an expensive sport, and less than .1 of a grain can actually be super critical for low SD. This system looks noticeably better than a lot of the other systems on the market, and the price point reflects lower quantity production numbers than some of the competition and higher quality parts. I highly recommend any of the Lee or Hornady hand tricklers and scales for your use.

@@dcsales248 The only thing this overpriced thing offers is speed, and I've already matched that with my own setup. Your PRS/ELR comment is WAY off. So you're way lost there. You can build a load that has single digit SD and ES, and it can be beaten by a load that has a worse SD and ES. Stop doing that dumb velocity driven load development. Let the target tell you what the best load is going to be, not the chronograph. If however, you insist on doing velocity driven loading then find a flat node, and your powder charge can vary by a 10th or two in either direction AND still produce super low SD and ES numbers because you're on that flat node. The quality of the scale you use is MUCH more important than any contraption you attach to it for dropping powder. This is no different, so why should it cost more than the scale itself? The answer is, it shouldn't.

@@Rico11bWhat distances are you shooting, and what calibers?
@JeromeHernandezincali

It's really slow to zero I see. Is that normal?
@ingenuityprecision
@ingenuityprecision 9 месяцев назад
Yes that's normal , its just how it is for now. Its not going to be for everyone. This is why you can choose which scale to use with our system. If you want speed and accuracy use the A&D or Sartorius scales. If you don't need the speed as much but just the accuracy then this scale is good. 13-20 sec per charge vs 5-8

Would this work with the A&d ej54d2?
