I was surprised I got it that fast too lol no idea when it will get to UK but so far I love it. Takes a bit of time to get to used using phone for everything instead of pump screen
I have never liked using my phone for the tandem app. I never did get the software update that allows bolus through the phone app. The idea of keeping them separate is better for me. Do you feel the same way and has that mindset changed for you? Do you miss the tandem screen?
So far mindset is changing for the new way. It took some time getting used to using phone to do bolus. I've been using the pump now for 5 days and all these days had it on their adhesive pump holder thing in one spot. It has been comfortable and did not bother me so far. I am on second infusion set now with first one lasting about 3 days. I just moved second infusion set to other side of the pump adhesive holder. I really like getting out of bed and going to bathroom without holding my pump or tucking the pump in the underwear. The fact that pump is attached to my stomach is really cool. So I'd say so far I love it. I am still getting used to using phone for all bolus, settings, etc. But if users will not be attaching pump to their body, having smaller pump that still goes in users pocket and missing screen and ability to control pump should phone be lost or damaged is a bad trade-off in my option. So to carry pump on your body Mobi is. a good change. To carry it same way as Tslim was carried is a no go for me.
