My love ! You just damaged the throttle sensor...that sensor is made to work with 5V ! And you just made it work ( blow ) with 60V! You have to change the throttle sensor..and after that you cut the black wire from the sensor...you just leave the red and green ! Because inside the throttle the black wire its shared with the display...that means it has 60V ! So change the sensor throttle, disconect the black wire from throttle sensor ( but not from the display ) and it will work ! Ty !
Hey All you need was the three hall wires for the throttle. Nothing else just the thre throttle wires. The display has no bearing on go just a warm fuzzy volt meter. Unhook all and then just phase wire throttle wires and see if it turns. If you haven't burnt the controller?? Hope not
My friend all your connections are OK Only your throttle sensors signal Is BAD please buy a new one it will work 100% Or you can change the (effects hall magic 3144E )inside the throttle handle is just £2 on Ebay then you are good to go thanks
Your throttle is bad. It is the wire that has a variable voltage from one to five volts going to a hall sensor inside the throttle. Trust me . I've seen this many times. With the three speed wires leaving them unhooked is high speed usually. If you want the highest speed setting tie the Black and blue wires together and leave the grey one alone . Hooking the gray and black together is the slower speed.
That scooter was long gone...I have a new scooter now. I still have that same spare controller (I have 2 spare) and it does not work with this scooter either. Jesus told me to try other combination of phase wire connection. He led me to a specific diagram to try. I will be trying that soon.
Salut j'ai une trottinette viron 36v 1000w 03 batterie neuf 12v 12ah Ma trottinette se ralentit et se dégrade même pas 10 minutes Est-ce que c'est un problème De contrôleur ou ampèrage batterie Merci
Mayb something wrong with the bran new tumtrottle like a factory error try testing the throttle alone see if it sen any signal yeah we know it on but the acceleration signal is different
The controller is shorted, probably the phase degree of your controller didn’t match the motor, so it forced to much the controller and one or more mosfets blew up. Be careful when buying controllers, verify the phase degree of your motor, probably is 120 degree, star configuration.
I thought the motors (the common 60V/72V 1600w/2800w/3000w/3500w) from aliexpress are 120 degree standard. My other big controller (65A) is 120 and works fine with these motors. Btw that scooter in this video was long gone... I have a new scooter now
@@noobz5056 Nope, some of them are 60 degree, I recently bought one and it was 60 degree, but I didn’t know, so I put to waste a 120 degree sinewave controller
Your totally wrong. Couldn't have given this bloke a more dumb anything you already did. Sit down and stay out of stuff you know nothing about. Nothing has blown on his controller. Phase mismatch will not blow a mosfet in any way shape or form. This guy just needs to play with the phase wiring to find the correct way to make his motor turn.
That scooter was long gone...I threw it in the river. It had all sorts of problem and the batter would only last 0.5 miles from a full charge in cold weather... Getting myself a new one soon, with Samsung 21700 battery. I may ask you for the wiring on the ignition and throttle switch for the new scooter as I will be upgrading the controllers.
It's people like mate. That allow other people to dig for. Treasure one's man trash is another man's treasure having the same problem ieth what I got my just buolf it one night a chopper into electric with electric front wheel and the thottle turns on displays and I have got a food ride pit off it but nor its not working it a fully charged and id's a a normal electric ebike wheel kiplt no fucking display meter wouldn't be chucking this in a river 😂 spent 100ps on me electric projects your crazy
Hey mate probably to letr now but it had nothing to with your connections I'm having same problem with a chopper build I got and a I got a mad crazy 1800e 48v 20ap custom build huffy green machine gokart wheels gokart seat for tiger out with lights and shit 😂 have never had a problem with it and it's a 3 speed but reason why your one didn't work buddy is because you had to Fuze the key ignition you see mate nothing with a key barrel will not start or or turn or your just having same problem I'm having with me chopper build and irs just randomly stop working
I tried all combinations and it doesn't work. It also doesn't work on my new second scooter either. The controller is either DOA or not compatible. I have another big controller that works like a charm...😊
If you got the throttle wires matched and phase wires matched and still get no throttle response then it's the controller not recognizing the battery correctly, likely the controller is expecting higher voltage and the battery doesn't meet that spec. The controller thinks the voltage is too low so it cuts off power... That's what happened to me turned out;
I tried with just battery, controller, throttle wires (3 wires), phase connectors, and hall censor wires but the motor does not turn, period. This scooter was long gone. I now have a new scooter and it still does not work with this controller. It's either compatibility problem or the controller is defective...
It was plugged in. God told me just now that controller was fine. My battery was fine too. But the controller was pre-configured by the seller to run at 84V... My battery was a 60V, so it was below the low voltage cutoff for the controller hence it would not run..but the 5V line power output works fine.
I have done that before but it made no difference. Well, after that scooter was long gone, Jesus told me that controller is *FINE*... it was never broke. He says my thumb throttle has been the culprit all along.... Now that I have a new scooter, I will give that controller a try again once I get a new thumb throttle and a new battery pack. Stay tuned...
You seem so confident, but God says it ain't so. The controller was locked (programmed by the seller) to run at 84V and my battery was 60V. Low voltage protection prevented me from getting power off the motor. I no longer own this setup though it was long gone in the great ancient time..
Hi, God told me that you have a controller that has 3 mode voltage switching, for example it is 36V/48V/60V for your ebike. Is your battery 36V?.. If the controller was set to 60V by a previous owner, meaning you might have received a returned item, and your battery is not able to meet minimum required voltage for the controller to activate due to the minimum voltage cut-off in the controller. If you try a higher voltage battery pack the controller should work. That's what God told me.
@@noobz5056 when did god tell you that? No that’s not the problem , I know whom you are, your the civilian mental health expert whom I stated was a man of experience your tracking me on youtube now again get lost your a 🐛
@@noobz5056 also if you do not stop tracking me on youtube I will report you to them, please refrain from further contact or comments or I will have you STOPPED!🕎✝️🔯🎚💣🧨📅🇷🇺💫7️⃣🌋🌋🌋
I told u what to do , switch your colours around on phase wires , you might have to change hall pass colours to o yellow to blue try all 36 ways tell you g red to iy
My advice.. Go to hospital emergency area. Tell people you need help. Explain your thump throttle is stuck. Explain you have posted video's with your thump throttle stuck online. Enjoy a stay at the mental department of hospital. When fired from mental department, buy a bicycle or go for a drivers license...
