My favorite truck is my 2004 Peterbilt 379EXHD with a C15 Cat. Marine cam, big injectors and a 2WS file tune. Sure is fun blowing by the coop trucks on the interstate at 90+mph. Especially when they show up at CHS bean plant behind me 10 minutes later lol.

See if you can find slip over boots ice cleats so you can walk safely on ice. Take off and on easyly when going inside and outside buildings.

I can't believe the stress cracks and metal fatigue on that 690. JD must have got a bad batch of steel back when that was made.

Can you weld the crack and weld a stiffener plate behind on those frame cracks or not enough room for a stiffener plate ?

No we haven’t had an issue with that. We make sure not to turn the wheels while sitting still.

We know the Aune’s came from Rindal, and the Sjaahiem’s from Hallingdal. We think the Haugen’s from Haugen? Haven’t pinpointed the Everson or Johnson sides yet.

@@haugenfamilyfarms Haugen could be anywhere really, I live around Hamar, By the lake Mjøsa, there's a lot of haugen's But there's also Haugen on Jæren, next to stavanger. so could be anywhere. Johnson is isent that wide spread even today, 850 people has it as its last name. Everson is less than 4.. could originally have been Eversen? Or even Iversen or Evertsen?

@@haugenfamilyfarms wermager is "american" for Vermåker, it's a farm name in Gol, Buskerud. But there are Vermåker's in Ringebu, Oppland too. FYI I'm just going off google hits 🙂
