I agree that the old version was better! The only thing I like about this is the similar classes and that you can search for wordmark only

Btw, how can we check the word is trade mark or not, like the old one, when we search, if it wasnt register, it shows right away. We dont need to check all the relevant. With the new one, we need to check all, it spends alot of time

We are responsible for keeping up with trademarks. However, if you were using it first, at least in the case of Amazon Merch, they'll just ask you to take it down.

I want to follow this but after I click on trademarks and then search our trademark database I see no link for beta anything. My screen doesn't even look quite the same as yours. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Is there any other way to go true that faster? For example, I used a free slogan generator to make some ideas for Print on Demand, and when I try to do all this from your video, it gave me an enormous amount of trademarks to go true, with 1000 pages, even with all these steps?

It brings up the most relevant first. Exact matches will be in the first row - I usually only go through a page or two.

You can and it brings up the most relevant first. If it's not on the first few rows, I generally consider it ok. But I do think the old version was better!

Hi!! I checked a phrase and from that phrase only some words appear as registered... can I use the complete phrase? The complete sentence, as I said, does not come out, just a few words. Thank you! 🤗

Yes, but Amazon doesn't always follow that rule. It's up to their discretion and in cases like that, I'll upload one product as a test. It usually goes through but I have had a few surprise rejections.
