There is lots of talk on the internet about possible changes to the Philippine Visa and Immigration system and laws. Contacts JRC: www.jrcconsultancy.com / @jrcvcis-philippines / jrcvisa.cbu.ph

If NBI accepts frivolous, or unsubstantiated claims by Filipinos, then the foreigner is always at the mercy of a system that favors the Dilipino. In the USA people cannot just complain to immigration, but they must have a civil or criminal judgement against the holder of a visa for USA Immigration to initiate any action, including depoertation
These videos with JR are the best and most informative of all RU-vid channels. Can I suggest creating Chapters in your videos to make it easy to find the exact topic info?
I recently sent my signed agreement back to JRC and I'm in conversations with Angelie about the possiblity of obtaining my Expanded Courtesy SRRV. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
I just remembered one significant advantage of the SSRV program that is better than Thailand so I do want to mention this. If you get a Phils SSRV you do get the legal right to start a business or work if you can find a paying job. You don't get that right in Thailand as a retiree.
Thanks for posting this video with JRC, will be sure to contact JRC when needing help renewing visa in Cebu. Do they also offer real estate help such as attorneys to verify contracts and search legitimate ownership to sell their property? Thanks, Rod...Jim
I renewed my visa using the online way and it cost 1400 more than normal CERTIFICATE OF RESIDENCE FOR TEMPORARY VISITORS a charge I had not seen before is that normal ?
I have met a few people over the years who have told me they are separated but agree to keep the 13a valid, but it is tricky territory Paul as she could notify immigration at any time.
nice interview and he seems a very nice guy, but honestly speaking it is a bit difficult to follow what he says and I'd recommend using under titles for better understanding of these important matters. Sorry to sound negative, I really enjoy your videos with always great information, and also hear only great things about the services of JRC. Mea Culpa, but since I am not a native English speaker it is more difficult to follow and I think more guys may be thinking in the same way. Thank you Amazing Philippines😍.
Thanks for sharing Paul. There are many different "English" accents here and Filipinos pronounce certain letters differently than we would so it is a challenge. Good comments by others here.
Was wondering if applied for a 13a marriage visa here in a Philippine consulate in the US, once the visa is issued and received by the US resident, how long would you have to enter the Philippines on that visa?
Do the initial 30 days, extended 29 days, and continue following the rules in the office or online and there will be no problem. Just keep all your documents and receipts.
I had gotten conflicting information regarding the SSRV Classic visa, one site said I could pay it in installments and another said I had to pay it all up front. Which is true? If I can't pay in installments , could I come there on a visitors visa and save up while I'm there and apply later, it would probably take about 5 months for me to save up
I will use jrc but I will have my Filipino fiance / wife beside me to help with translation because I cannot understand him and I cannot follow him.. I still like him and you get a thumbs up and I can understand what you explain and only you.. thank you for telling me something that I have learned today from you..,👍👍
@@richardhowe5583 for a SSRV visa classic , it costs about, all together 10k with a $1,400 application fee, this visa is for retirees with a pension that gives you more than $800 dollars a month. If you’re married to a woman in the Philippines, you might not have to worry about applying for this .
I wonder if JRC knows why the 6 month tourist visa is unavailable now except for the Manila office. Seems to make no sense that it is still available so why not everywhere? Also wonder if JRC knows why the Immigration office charges multiple express lane fees when you apply online.
i have to PAY to come there ...i have to pay to stay there...and even when it is time to leave....i must pay.first ....and the whole while i must get used to the fact that it takes time....and i have to wait.....( and pay )...and if ever i ask....well ....how much money is this going to co$t me ?.....the answer is always.....well ...how much money do you have ?
You do not have to do anything.. I always do what makes me happy and if it makes me unhappy I do not do it.. maybe you should try living like that and maybe you will be a lot more happy..😊😊
Well Mr Munja, I prefer to look at it, as I am a guest, and I need to request permission to stay, meet the rules while I am here, and confirm I have been a responsible visitor when I leave. All simple things as a guest in someone else's home. I should meet the costs associated, not the Philippine taxpayer :)
Think twice about using JRC for a visa. Its taken much longer than it should have because of inadequate information provided by them. Wish I had used someone else to do my Visa, would have been cheaper, faster, and less complicated.
@platoon1081 Sorry about your problem experience. Most peeps have said good things about JRC. Did you have another recommendation for others to contact?
Trump did it many times during his Presidency and many times since. Trump was the first president to enact the ability to fire VA personnel whose job performance was inadequate or were reported by veterans as abusive and disrespectful. Biden reversed that policy and rehired those terminated with back pay. Additionally Biden allowed veterans being housed in veterans housing arrangements be evicted to make room for illegal border jumpers. And Biden allows for the VA to give medical resources to illegal border crossers ahead of veterans. Finally, Zelensky is an actor installed as a puppet during a quiet coup staged by U.S. three letter agencies under the direction of the previous administration Biden was a part of. Many US politicians of that era and before or since are financial benefactors of the money laundering machine created in Ukraine many years ago. Get your facts straight.
