Soon as I get my money right I'm bringing you to the Appalachian Mountains of WV in the US. I have a few amazing locations for you! They don't call this state almost heaven for no reason. There is an incredible natural made rock overlook at the tip top of the mountain looking over a huge gorge. One has man made rails around the rock slate, but there is another location a short hike away that is an open natural rock slab overlook, called Raven's Rock. If you are ever interested in seeing pictures (although amateur) of the locations out here let me know. I will gladly send you pictures of a few amazing spots I've found all in one state park. Its within 5 hours of Philly, Pittsburgh, Washington DC, Baltimore, Colombus, Cleveland and a bunch of other major cities, but it is admittedly in the middle of nowhere.
