Jaise is on the flight journey since 16 years old. He decided to commit to a full commercial pilot program at lookupflightacademy.com
As of the time of this video Jaise has already become an instrument rated pilot and is currently flying and training for his commercial pilot rating

The biggest factor to moving forward with obtaining your license is the cost and the seemingly non available options to help fund all that’s needed to move along in your journey

I’m local to Elizabeth City, let me know if you wanna fly. I go out and practice and look around and it’s better to go with somebody that enjoys flying.

Prop pilot here Australia as I listened to you I had a thought in the US don't you have national guard I think its called ,that would be a good road to gain turbine experience as you are already a qualified PPL? Good luck in your journey not a lot of people realise that flying a light single or twin prop after training isn't really all that hard, taxing at times but mostly in clear weather just a joy ,well it has always been to me . Can close my eyes and still remember my first solo as many of us probably do.

Army National Guard, Army Reserve, Navy Reserve, Marine Corps Reserve, Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, and Coast Guard Reserve, the entirety of U.S. reserve branches, all pretty much hire exclusively from their active duty component for pilots. For example, the Coast Guard Reserve only takes former active duty pilots. Very few reserve units want to spend the incredible costs out of their yearly unit budget to train someone off the streets when they can easily get pilots who are already trained from the active duty component who are looking to finish off their 20 years close to home with little of the active duty bull crap. Having a civilian PPL doesn't matter as you would still need to go through the military flight training pipeline. It's not impossible to "rush" for a unit off the street as a civilian but units very rarely open applications for off the street candidates, you have to pretty much have to know someone within the unit, establish a great relationship, and have an outstanding resume to even compete with those pilots coming from active duty who been there done that and often get preference.

@@Recklessness97 You have the inside scoop. I worked with pilots that had active-duty experience that couldn't even get reserve gigs, for one reason or another. I flew with one guy that had zero flight time, and a USAF reserve unit (C-130s) sent to flight school, but he had several years active-duty experience as a C-141 Loadmaster.

You can get really good EMS training, experience, and flying in a Civil Air Patrol unit. The tasking from AFRCC is search and rescue, drug interdiction, and FEMA aerial photography missions.

@@Navy1977Clicks = $$$. The first post of the video sparks off 'X' views, mission accomplished. A re-name of the same video is treated as a new video, sparks off new 'X' clicks, and clicks = $$$. Throw in the number of bot views/comments and mo-money, mo-money...

It was stated in an earlier video, step #1 should always be an FAA medical examination. Even before the first discovery flight. If you however do the flying first be cautious of any CFI that keeps kicking the medical exam down the road while you continue to pay him for the training. Something could be wrong with you that you don’t even know about. Eyes, heart, glucose, apnea, and I’m hearing now certain prescription medication. I’d hate for someone to throw tens of thousands of dollars into training then get grounded by the FAA exam at the end when you could have went and learned how to sail a boat or anything else.
