New way to make dinner for several days! A new recipe for a delicious meat and potatoes dinner that I got lots of compliments on. Recipes like this are very practical. Put everything on a baking tray, bake in the oven and dinner for a large family or for a few days is ready! Recipe for meat with potatoes and vegetables in the oven for every day for the whole family. Cook with love!
Ingredients and preparation:
1700g pork
2 large onions
Salt
Black pepper
About 150 ml of the brine
150 g pickled cucumbers
1 pepper
200 g leek
1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 large potatoes
300g mozzarella
300g yogurt
80g melted butter
3 teaspoons whole grain mustard
Bake for 60 minutes at 200C, top/bottom heat
After 60 minutes, remove the foil and parchment paper
Continue baking for about 40 minutes until the potatoes are soft
Salad:
150g Chinese cabbage or iceberg lettuce
2 eggs
1 avocado
4-5 cherry tomatoes
Green onion
Salt
Black pepper
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
