The use of the uv resin really makes for endless possibilities with the glass art. You always do such a beautiful job and teaching us has been awesome!
Beautiful. Love the frame. Love all the creativity on the Facebook page. Everyone is so inspiring. Thank you for creating this channel and the Facebook page. Have an amazing day.
Thank you so much, Linda! I love the fact that we can try some ‘regular’ paints…we have options if we aren’t absolutely in need of transparent color. ❤
You are so welcome! Yes and many of the regular paints if you put them on light enough are transparent. You just have to mess around with them a test them
I love this project! It is full of gorgeousness. I really enjoy your videos and you have helped so much in improving my skill, and for that, I say thank you!!!
Gorgeous! Love the frame with the flowers, so sweet.so many new ideas with this one. Thank you Linda! Think I need to bite the bullet and get your great nipper. Was it your birthday? If so, Happy Birthday!❤️❤️❤️
This is so so pretty. I just sent a person to check you out as he wanted instructions how to color glass. But I do think I am ready for a small tumbler. I have so many vases collecting on my top shelf and would love to get rid of them.
So I have a large 40 LB MJR tumbler and when I put stems in that is all I put in . A few of them do break in half but for the most part they stay intact. I have not tumbled any for a while and when I used to tumble them I would do for a few days with grit but have since realized that I can tumble for just 1 hour no grit and it will remove the sharp edges and I would assume even less breakage.
Hi! You have helped me so very much, especially with your techniques and experiments! I watched your video with your using the Naked Fusion Original resin. Did you like the New and Improved just as well? I recall you mentioning there's quite a price difference between the two. Thank you!
@@lori2280 well I do like the new and improved one but I have not tried it on canvas. I’ve only used the new and improved on Glass, which works nice and I think there’s maybe $30 difference between the two . but where there is a big difference is the difference between the naked fusion original version and art resin lot of people use art resin because it’s a coating resin It works well on canvas and not all resins are actually good on canvas. Some resident will leave fish eyes so you have to be careful so art resin being a very popular resin is also a very expensive resin it is &120 a gallon where is the naked fusion-original formila is $80 a $50 difference now with naked fusion the original formula. It is a little bit more difficult to work with in that you have to warm the resin for 10 or 15 minutes, which isn’t really that big of a deal. Just stick the bottle in hot water, but you have to make sure that you don’t get any water into the resin, and this also needs to be mixed a little longer. You have to be sure to look at the side of it to make sure there are no swirls.
You do beautiful work!! What side of the cut glass do you spray the color on? I've tried to see in the videos, but can't figure it out. Does it matter?
@@TheKimmyj I think it was actually a little wood top that dipped in in the middle. You can use anything that fits your flowers. Just make sure you put silicone mat down that way. Nothing will stick to it.
@@TheKimmyj well that’s the thing most people are nervous about is the resin so you already know how to do that with the glass art just start with something simple so you don’t get discouraged palm trees are a great idea
Hi Linda I have been following you for a very long time and love the things you make. I have bought so much glass, tumbler, resin but the nippers I have from Lowe’s won’t cut the thinner glass. Where did you get yours? Love your works of art❤
Thank you so much. Are you or maybe your husband able to sand down the knob that keeps them from coming close together?ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-t-Gf4cOBNFY.htmlsi=na8DyVBrmiZ5hudE
