UPDATE! Branded Fusion & ostinato actually can be negated, because your opponent only needs to control a card, not monster. Monsters that activate in hand like nib or effects in grave while they control no cards would void it though
My guess is Queen's bodyguard is going to get a retrain maybe into Allure Queen's Bodyguards to give it actual synergy with the archetype that Queen's Bodyguard lacks.
people are not focusing on the important part. if you can find a way to get the buster blader floodgate consistently ,they basically summon a allure queen and lock the opponent from extra deck. there is not restrictions on the equip on both cards and Dragon Buster Destruction Sword is dark.
I think you misread Impulse. It’s if your opponent controls a card, not if they control a monster. So you can stop Branded Fusion since Branded Fusion is a card on the field they control, but something like Edge Imp Scythe activating in the hand during your main phase on turn 1 wouldn’t be a legal activation.
Chaotic Allure Queen is pretty good in Lunalight! A free special summon while getting your Lunalight monsters in the gy, and combos really nicely with Kaleidochick and Marten - Chick sends a Lunalight monster into the gy, CAQ equips said monster, and Marten can bounce the equipped monster to summon itself. So if you already have Marten in the gy, Chick + CAQ is pretty much a search and two free bodies on the board. Love this card a lot!!
@@danielramsey6141and WIND too, which is Alexander is (although, I don't know if current D/D even plays those anymore because as far as I know, it became Machinex turbo.deck)
Im hoping they release more dominus cards to be the new handtraps and then release a huge banlist where they hit or remove the generic ones to make the game less boring
It’s funny that you can use the allure queen in a casual red eyes deck since it’s an easy level 7 body that can equip the vanilla red eyes (or black metal, which will trigger when it leaves the field) and then use inferno fire blast for 1500 damage.
Chaotic allure queen is honestly great for the deck, as it gets you a lv7 online from deck or gy - since the idea is that you get lv5 in grave then copy its name & summon lv7 (since lv7 was summoned by something with lv5's name, its relinquished effect is online).
As for Chaotic Allure Queen, I wish Konami gave her 2nd effect a Quickie just so that Golden Allure Queen wouldn't be the only choke point for the theme the opponent has to deal with. As for these Dominus Traps and other future Trap handtrap cards that are designed similar to them, there better be a few more Trap deck themes that can take advantage of them especially for going 2nd, so Labyrnth wouldn't be the only theme to use them that doesn't have to activate them from hand.
I think the Allure Queen is much better than given credit for as she does enable you to make the Link-3: Activate Allure Dance to add Allure Palace Activate Allure Palace, discard card to add Chaotic, discard card to add 2nd Chaotic, Discard Chaotic to summon Chaotic, equip Chaotic you discarded Summon Allure Queen 3 from deck Send Chaotic to GY to summon any spellcaster with less than 1500 attack from deck Use Dance to send Field Spell to summon Chaotic=3 spellcasters Vulnerable to interruption, yes, but still a line! I think if Spellcasters get more support, we could really see a Spellcaster Pile take shape (Maybe White Woods or the new Magistus cards from the stories?) also enables Ancient Fairy Dragon plays if you summon a Level 4 tuner like the Magistus guy or the White Woods, so a really good field spell in the future could make an Allure engine appealing
@@Kiferno you only need Chaotic in GY to have 3 spellcasters (the Allure Queen Chaotic summons, the Spellcaster summoned off of Palace, and the Chaotic brought back by Dance). Though to get maximum value you’d probably want to use the Allure Queen summoned from deck as material first so you can bring out two bodies at once. I don’t think running the entire range of LVL allure queens is necessary as Chaotic can be feasibly summoned from hand on your first turn and get you to a link 2/Chaos Angel; but if that Chaotic was an Allure Queen LVL 5/7 it’d be completely dead

i was checking your other vids, and apparently YGOrg has an extra free agent card for INFO set that wasn't revealed within the leaks you've covered. It's a WATER Fiend Main Deck monster that does support Fiend decks just like the two recently Level 6 Fiend Fusion Monsters.
@@drakofox1362 well yes of course. but lab has a better chance actually negating AND destroying during the start/first turn. since the furniture can easily discard any trap card. most other decks will just negate.
You can use this for anything that activates on fields as a first play. But for example it wouldn’t be able to stop a first play danger! Or a card that activates in hand or Gv as a first play, but past that commitment stage where your opponent has committed a card to field, this is very good, and it’s an effect that is completely novel as a hand trap, making it far better than that other trap that’s just much worse ash, while also stopping you from play ASH yourself. This card would keep you off of NIB, Veiler, Ogre, though, I mean you’re trading off being able to use some very powerful hand traps to use this, but that could be do-able, the other card just doesn’t make sense to play unless you’re aiming for a dedicated trap start, which all conflict with the attribute restrictions though, like WATER, cmon you almost had something good for Paleo, DARK? Rip Lab AND altergeist, though this new card isn’t good for them, it COULD be good for lab and definitely Paleo who can’t afford to be so low on traps. I see this card as having a place in the game, where the other one just doesn’t really as a worse ash that conflicts with ash.
Funny you mention Branded because Branded Lost (a Continuous Spell) prevents their Fusion Summoning effects from being negated AND also gives your opponent priority declaration on any successful Fusion Summon. Kinda like Magical Meltdown for the archetype. That said, the trap is not to be slept on.
Well LOOK AT THAT! They HAD to Give Base ALLURE QUEEN An update since Komoney KNEW “Golden Allure Queen” Was gonna Be ASS if you Tried to Base a Deck off her Original Cards 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
@jaredricci Paleozoic is an Xyz Archetype of Special Trap Monsters. All the Main Deck Cards are Special Normal Traps that can be special summoned from your Graveyard as Monsters whenever you activate a Normal Trap. When they’re treated as Monsters, they’re Level 2 Water Monsters, so the Deck can synergize with Toads and Toadally Awesome. This New Trap offers more combo enablers since it doesn’t lose out to Impulse’s Nasty Side Effect, and Magicoloidal Sol allows for Xyz and/or Synchro during your Opponent’s Turn. With these new Cards, Paleozoics can set up some Nasty Ambushes!
@6210classic True, but those aren’t the only hand traps you can run. You can still run Ash and a Few others just Fine. Plus, since Paleozoic can search Normal Traps, which is what Impulse is, you can possibly still set it. Heck, since this Deck can easily search lots of Normal Traps, you can also run copies of Evenly Matched and Infinite Impermanence more effectively!
