The abandoned New World Mall, in the Banglamphu area of Bangkok, is a staple of the urban exploration circuit in Bangkok. It is famous for having carp in the basement water of the mall, though these have long since been removed by the authorities.
The mall was opened up for an art installation called "New World Old Town" as part of Bangkok Design Week 2022.
