Very impressive results, phenomenal shape, and I wish Christopher all the best. It's been a huge month & weekend for Canadians. In Windsor, a former athlete I coached for several years, Max Davies, who recently just turned 20 in December of 2023, just broke 2 OUA Indoor Records, winning the Men's 1000m in 2:20.22 on Friday and Saturday winning the Men's 1500m in 3:44.24. He also anchored the Guelph Gryphons 4x800m Relay to OUA Gold. The 1500m Record had stood since 1978.The 1000m should also be New Canadian U21&22 National Indoor Records, and Max is on the doorsteps of Canadian Legend Doug Consiglio' U23 1000m Indoor Record. A couple weeks ago Max also broke the 4minute Mile Indoors. Both your nephew Christopher & Max have a bright future representing Canada. I know they both have had the opportunity to do so already. The sky really is the limit for these 2 young men. Hope to see them both qualify for the Olympic Games and continue to make us proud. God Bless

Very exciting. If this guy properly steps up for the outdoor 400m, that will give Canada, on the men’s side anyway, someone legitimately in the mix for everything from 100m up through 10000m. DeGrasse/Brown, Morales-Williams, Arop, Philibert-Thibodeau, Mo Ahmad.

I am proud of this young man, the 400 metres is open right now and I hope his coach do not run him too often because I would love to see him mixing it up at the Olympics with Steven Gardiner. Not since Jeremy Wariner have I been pleasantly surprised by this amazing young man. And I did run the 400 metres and I have never seen anyone finish the last 50 metres like that indoors.
