RASPBERRY MOUSSE INSERT 18 cm

- 70g of sugar
- 3g gelatin
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 130g cream for cold whipped cream
ORANGE JELLY 18 cm

- 400ml orange juice
- 40g cornstarch
