Cake with mascarpone, berries, walnut and chocolate
A fresh and aromatic cake.
Fluffy vanilla and cocoa sponge cakes, vanilla bean flavored mascarpone cream, forest fruit cream, meringue sheets with nuts and chocolate cream, all in one cake.

- 3 tablespoons of water

- 300g mascarpone (cold from the fridge)
- 250g cream for cold whipped cream
- 7g gelatin granules
- 4 tablespoons of water
