Ash Costello is such a beautiful goddess! I loved when I got to meet her at the meet and greet on tour opening for In This Moment just before the year-long shutdown we had in the year 2020.
I saw them November 21st and it was amazing!! I do wish that I could have heard some of their old stuff because even though their new stuff is great, I really like some of their old songs.
She seems like a really cool person. I just discovered the band on NXT and vampire was the first song I heard and I was totally hooked. Then. I mean the kick drum alone man blew my mind so I can't. You know wait to see them on here. Unfortunately I can't go to concerts cuz I'm disabled but you know I can watch him on RU-vid at least and enjoy them and maybe someday meet them and tell him thank you and get their autographed cuz they're truly one of my new favorite bands of 2024
Thank you so much for the kind words! It's a bummer you wouldn't be able to make it to a show in the future. Hopefully something can be done to fix that! Thank you again!
I love this band so much and they really don't deserve the amount of hate that they get. Everyone is different performing ash and the band are making the most out of what time they have and if you hear the crowd they are having a great time. Let people live lol they are awesome people and performers who do the best they can with their best ability. They make great music to have fun and they make music to help people be themselves while telling a story within each song. They are great people who I have met before and they are just the sweetest bunch who love what they do and they have fun!
This is not true Ive been to TONS of live shows and I’ve NEVER seen anyone lip synch forget their own lyrics and change certain songs bc she can’t hit the notes!! She is gorgeous and nice but she should pay for vocal lessons instead of plastic surgery! I’ve seen videos of her when she was really young she was a better singer then her not getting a vocal coach when she can’t sing her own music live is just lazy!
I was at this show. (bought the tickets cause I was there to see Ice Nine) Ended up discovering this band. I very much so enjoyed it. It's not a very large venue, though. Most of the people were standing in the half mile long merch line when they started playing.
The crowd wasn't very full at that point. It was a sold out show but half of the crowd was stuck in the merch line during New Years Day. A good chunk of the crowd missed Avatar too due to the insanely long merch lines being run by 1 person for each band.
I've come to accept bands using backing tracks with keyboards, strings or FXs to complete the sonic experience when they don't have the people to play those things live. But when the whole choruses are replayed like that, shows the disrespect to the audience wanting to see them live. Yeah, I'm an old boomer and I did learn how to perform live. Can't she?
I played ever single one of my shows live as did my band. For years never once lip synced being a vocalist. We played our music just as tight as the studio albums or better. This is what music is coming to these days. It sickens me. All show and no real talents in a live setting
As someone who has seen them 5 times now and seeing them again in May, every performance she has never lipped synced and the fact that y’all don’t understand how microphones work is insane to me.
I've come here following the comments by AC on Blabbermouth on 'it's ok to use tracks' and 'everyone does it'. There's a HUGE difference to playing to tracks, enhancing live sound with keyboards, strings etc, and straight up lip-synching - which IMO is lying to your audience.
For now on when I buy a ticket and it says starts at 7 im getting there at fucking 530 (10-15 to park 10-15 to walk 10-15 to get drinks) I walked in the door at 705 and Avatar was just starting the eagle has landed I completely missed New Years Day and by my calculations theres NO WAY New Years Day started playing after anywhere 630 it just didnt make sense to me at all but im like a super noob to going to these shows so live and learn Ig 😮💨
I had meet and greet vip with Ice Nine Kills for my show. Doors opened to the public at 5pm and the show started at 6pm. For the VIP, they told us to arrive by 3. Said they would check us in by 3:30ish and the vip would be around 4 followed by our chance to buy merch early and get early entry into the venue for the best spots. Even though they said to get there by 3, I was in line by 11:30am and there were already 5-10 people who got there earlier than that. When I saw Ice Nine Kills and Falling In Reverse in Peoria Illinois in July during the Popular MonsTour, I got to the venue probably 5-6 hours before the doors opened. The earlier you arrive, the quicker you can buy merch and you'll get better spots. The wait isn't always fun but you'll meet cool people while in line. In Peoria Illinois back in July, it was in the mid 90's outside and we were standing right next to a building that is mainly glass that the sun was reflecting off of. That was rough. Took them hours to finally bring out some water coolers once people started getting sick. For this show, it was inside of a Hard Rock Casino so no weather to deal with and we could buy food and drinks while standing in line as well as use the bathroom. Learn the venues policies and always arrive as early as you can. If I have VIP, I usually get barricade. If I don't have VIP, I'm usually only a few rows back because I'm always one of the first in line.
@seankillingbeck83 see this is extremely helpful to me because I plan on going to more shows but that was the first time ever buying tickets and driving myself all that any wisdom I can get will definetly help
@@VanessaCurry711 she can sing live. Had to watch this a dozen times over but she is singing 80% of the time. Doesn't help that the backing harmony tracks are loud
I love them but Ash really is needs some real vocal lessons to help save her voice and she can’t hit any higher notes or even scream she lip synchs to a back track and talk sings higher notes
She isnt lip syncing lol you can hear her fall off tune occasionally and even her stop early on a few notes with no back track to cover it so ur tripping
@fruitjoosh9555 she definetly isnt but you are free to think that I guess some people can hear it some cant between everyone in the crowd singing and mic distortion I see why it throws people off but theres even a few brief pauses like cutting a note early to scream into the mic something to rev the crowd up this could not be imitated with backtrack and not hear it blatant
3:18-3:22 MEGA LIP SYNCING FAIL!! SHAME ON YOU!!! Excerpt from Blabbermouth article from 13/3/24 '' Everybody does it'' Everybody does what? Lip-sync? What a pathetic joke
