because of my disc herniation I had to re-invent my workout. I swim about 3 times a week (great cardio) and I do pull ups, chin ups and push ups for now. I hope to increase more in the future but I'm going slowly due to my injury. Your videos are awesome and inspirational. Thanks!

@Klemmetsmo I wouldn't max out every training session. I would also suggest to switch up routines so your dont comfortable with just one routine. I have to challenge yourself. Its also depending on your goals. Thanks, peace

well, you can try doing this BEFORE your regular workout, as a cardio workout and again at the ending for the burn, hope this helps.

When is the best time of day to workout? Is it at the beginning of the day when you first wake up? Or is it at the end of the day before bed?

@bachurs96 We speak about it on our dvd check it out on our website. Make sure to rest it and don't do anything else that will irritate it. Ice it 3 times a day for 15 min, hope it gets better. Have a great day

I would put them together, you'd have a nice workout. The next day do your legs and any other part you feel that needs extra attention.

@Entigits no supplements, just proteine, brown bread, milk, (peanutbutter)/tuna, cottage cheese, egg white, chicken, beef etc.

i lost 23.2kg in 2 weeks doing this.. can't do it twice. but the basis is there MANY TNX.. I WILL NOT GIVE UP :)

Yeah, when I wrestled I was at 3% bodyfat despite drinking cream and whole milk and eating a pound of fatty meat every day. I was pretty happy when my last year was over.

Hey! Have you tried Aston Muscle Ripper? personaly like i did..my oppinion is to start body weight workout..or gym..and biuld muscle..while doing that you are also burning calories doing this..and add some cardio together;D

Hello barstarz. I would like to ask you a question. I have elbow tendonitis for a month now. It's getting better but i still feel pain when i try to do a push up or pull up etc. What treatment do you recommend ?

The more muscle you have the more calories you burn, so try 2 days building muscle and 2 or 3 burning fat.
