INGREDIENTS
120 g of biscuits
60 g of butter
400 g of spreadable cream cheese
120 g of sugar
200 g of Greek yogurt
150 ml of fresh cream
a teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 eggs
the juice of 1/4 of a lemon
100 g of blueberries and 50 g of sugar
18cm baking tray.
Cook at 180°C for 40 minutes and continue at 150°C for another 20/30 minutes. Leave the cheesecake in the oven off for 1 hour and then 6 hours in the refrigerator.
