Wonderful quality and soothing videos to watch...Conversely, watching also makes me sad to think how so many Americans are suffering with disease because our bad eating habits, and how (in most cases) by simply changing what you eat can literally change your life.
If it isn’t a commercially processed ground beef , then raw is fabulous. Have you never eaten beef tartar? Don’t knock it until you have tried it. Ignorance is not bliss.
I was all for this until I saw the center of the burger. I know people say it tastes better rare, but I just can't do undercooked ground meat. The texture makes me gag.
That beef is raw. You can eat steak that rare, but you are taking a risk of getting foodborne illness eating raw ground beef, unless they grind it themselves and take care to store and handle it properly. Also raw ground beef leaves a lot to be desired texturally.
Im going to agree with everyone else, that is way to raw. Other than that if the burger was left at the size before you made it huge and not cooked i would eat it. It was fine before it got all smooshed together just to make it fatter.
Amazing looking burger. I mouth even dropped when the cook added the Mac-n-Cheese patties as the buns 🤤. But I thought I was the only one that noticed the burger was too raw, until I saw the comment section. Nonetheless, amazing!!!

That's obviously the way that the person or persons ordered their burgers. If you didn't notice he kept the medium to away from the rare. Some people still do like their burgers rare
Most muppets can't understand that. Their black and white mindset dictates that anything not well done or cooked like shoe leather is "raw". They're idiots of course, but what are you gonna do.

Very interesting! The macaroni look delicious, and appears to be a very desirable replacement for a bun. The hamburger patties are too rare for my taste, and I don't think undercooked hamburger meat is really healthy or safe. The huge amount of cheese put on the hamburger is very cool.
If you like raw ground beef, I guess. Not for me. I like a medium rare steak, but I don't want my ground beef that rare. And all that work they put into everything, they served it up with some fries out of a frozen bag? For shame!
I'm guessing folks have to sign a waiver with regards to the undercooked pattys. Not my taste but if they were ordered like that then fair enough. Still. Kinda put me off which is a shame as I was sitting in a pool of my own drool up until 2 mins ago when they cut into the beef...
"Defibrillater sold separately." It's really a shame to have spent all that time making those heart-stopper Mac & Cheese patties only to sandwich them around an uncooked brick of ground beef.
@@aaronhepler8070 There's a really really really wide canyon of flavor between raw meat and "overcooked burnt ass shoe leather." LOL I prefer mine somewhere in the middle of that canyon, where flavor still exists without danger of e coli. :)

Mac N Cheese Burger ----- $24 (exc. taxes, tip) triple macaroni & cheese 'bun', with grass-fed custom blend burger, NY state cheddar melt & old bay fries
Food poisoning from undercooked meat and death by allergic reaction from the fries for me. Gotta pass. Also, noticed that the pan they used for the mac to go into the freezer weren't clean.
Now I love me some RARE beef... but that looks a tiny bit almost raw. Other than that- omg, those breaded,fried mac and cheese 'buns' look delicious! could think of a few ways to serve these (other than as part of a burger)!
@@winstonsmasterplan No, he's right. Generally a burger should not be that raw...a burger should be cooked to at least medium because of the grinding process, but that's just above raw. Way too rare.
@@aaronhepler8070 these people are nuts, when did this happen, why did everyone get so scared of pink burgers. I genuinely though that was the gold standard when it comes to a great burger.
