This is the true and original ASMR, none of that weird whisper-talking. The chopping, perfect; the sizzle of the beef in the pan. Didn’t know that “kitchen/cooking ambience” was a thing that I needed, until now.
@@damascus21 yes there is, your sitting down and listening to someone making popping sounds with their mouth, but that’s more normals than the weirdos who roleplay as doctors then called shining a flashlight in your eyes “asmr”
I've seen these guys featured before. That cheese looks so good..perfect char and meltiness. Love how they trim the meat out. Looks delicious..filet mignon with that aged cheese that's perfectly melted is a winner, winner steak dinner right there
estuve en New York en marzo de 2019 y lo que mas me llamo la atención es la cantidad de latinos en New York, mejicanos mayormente. Yo pensé quesolo Miami era super latino.
Raclette is one amazing Swiss cheese. You can throw it in the frying pan (Bits of them) and fry and it becomes this nice solid perfection after it has only melted a little bit.
@@aztaclalz Raclette is French and Swiss. Even if Swiss think they are so genious they create a recipe wich consist in melting cheese in front of a heat. Raclette is indeed a large Alpen territory of milk between Savoie (France) and Swiss. The Swiss Raclette Appelation created in 2003 has been canceled in 2007 by the Swiss themselves because there are any historical legacy.
I need to put eating at this place on my bucket list for sure. Just looking at that bubbling cheese ooze all over that sandwich is awesome the filet minion looks good enough to eat it raw
The steak meal looks absolutely divine! What kind of cheese was used, I wonder? The burger looked great but I would want my pattie cooked a little longer.
it is a french cheese called raclette. it is a strong cheese usually consumed with cold cuts and potatoes. its a tradition in france to have this meal several times in the winter because it makes u feel so good and all that hot cheese on hot potatoes with a few slices of italian ham like coppa... oh mon dieu c'est magnifique
I’d love to see them do a take on Philly cheese steak with that raclette. Ribeye, mushrooms, and caramelized onions with that melted cheese would be bomb
I use to wake up at the middle of the night when I was young and fry onion and garlic and eat it with a bread. But the down side of it that the whole family wakes up from the smell and then you have to share your food with everyone 😂😂😂
Here in Switzerland we serve our melted raclette with potatoes 🥔 😋 , some herbs on top and a few pickled veggies. Seeing it on a burger is a bit strange for swiss 🤔. The average swiss person buys raclette either pre cut into thick squares, or you buy a square log of it and cut it yourself. You boil your potatoes then take out the raclette grill. A bit like a mini electric broiler that sits on your table. Everyone gets a little Teflon coated pan with a wooden handle that you put your raclette cheese in and it goes under the grill. You can add bacon 🥓, ham, pineapple , capers etc. while it melts. Then use your scraper to put it on your potato. Melt, scrape, eat. The whole meal goes like this. Some raclette has pepper corns and other various herbs in it. You will only have it served from a half of a wheel in a high end restaurant. The raclette cheese has a unique protein to moisture ratio that makes it perfect for melting. It is unimpressive and disappointing when eaten cold. We eat it this way in our home 2-3 times every winter. And don't forget a glass of white wine to help digest it.
I came here for the melted cheese and am pleased with what I saw. The only thing that would make it better for me is 4K video resolution. Great video. Subbed.

I do the same from a pop-up in an alley, but all my meats are sous-vide first. Much faster. Some roasted golden potatoes or fries, grilled raclette on top... gonna be a great year!
Ohhhh my gosh 🙄 Sooooo delicious. Wanna eat all these things now 😂😂 What is the name of this restaurant and where is the location in New York? Please let me know 🙅♀️ Thanks in advance and stay healthy & lucky. Greetings from Germany/ Hamburg 😉

I can only imagine the price. The filet mignon dinner looked great!!! The burger looked somewhat undercooked (to taste I'm sure), along with it inducing a heart disorder.
@@25enyce that's not medium well lol that's raw but for the sake of sounding reasonable I'll say medium raw. A shame too, that burger would be perfect if it had cooked for another 2-3 minutes
