If you watch the Movie "American Me" it has some truth in it but major key parts like at the end of the movie Edward James Olmos Character, Santana=Cadena was taken out by NF members. The movie depicts him being taken out by his own crew but they got it wrong especially the juvenile hall rape scene. Edward James Olmos messed up by portraying Cadena getting raped and that never happened. Many people died over this movie being made.
4:55 not the smartest? These dudes spend decades reading and educating themselves in the SHU. You have dudes making 30 thousand dollars a week from a cell 300 miles away from there hood. Politics are different in Cali.
This Father and son dual is pretty cool 💯 Its really dope to see the reaction from y'all, being you're from the outside looking in. 🫡 Sault your way from L.A, SOUTH ️S1D3 ️1️⃣3️⃣
That ain’t boxer his name was lizard his real name was axilli.or some shit this is the guy that is the one that turned informant and got boxer and 70 something other n f members indicted during operation black widow
@sergiogranados2003 lol I didn’t claim to know him and I didn’t say that I didn’t get it from you tube I just heard it from a video and I guess that hurt your feelings or something but don’t talk like U know if you do what is his name then since you know everything about him
It’s not that we are not bright guys - we join gangs when we are very young teenagers seeking protection and exception. However it last us in to our 20s , 30s, and 40s and so on. Anyone getting jumped in to a gang in his 20s is a fkn mark homie and can’t even be taken seriously 😂. When you spend day in and day out for years with a small circle of people , your loyalty and love can now never be touched - we stay life long homies and it’s family - we know each others moms , dads , brothers sisters, we watch each other have kids , you have no idea how powerful and gripping this life style is homies unless you lived it. I’m 46 years old and still best friends with the same people who were my best friends at age 15 ( when they jumped me in ) we did time in juvie together , been shot together , had to fight dudes in dark ally’s out numbered , been hooked on dope together, ran away from home together , ran the streets, seen each other throw up , cry , laugh , hurt , pleasure , we read each others minds and are tighter then any family member can be . The United States military ain’t got shit on us . They leave each other we don’t
True. Here in Cali, real bangers start out early in the teen and even late preteen periods from what I’ve noticed. The promotion, ot depictions, of guys getting out on as grown men is weird as they’re very late to the party. I don’t take that seriously either. In gang years, for example, 30+ is og status. Someone getting jumped in during that time does look questionable.
@@user-cx6gb6ku1j yes but Latinos united are stronger. We have different cultures and that should be acknowledged, but we are the same people in regards as the originators of this continent they call America/Latin America.
Thas because not every sureno is force to get their hand dirty since there's a whole Lotta them un like the other side it's mando for them shout out tho
Yup! I was in those prisons! and it was no joke, I ran with the Double S, let me tell you those politics and the way they ran the program were military style! It was dangerous as F! and dudes will get stabbed up all the time, so many stabbings that you actually get used to it!
Contrary to the documentary, Northern Mexicans are usually outnumbered on the yards, as they’re only a sub group of the Mexican race. Where southern Mexicans predominantly have greater numbers due to rules, regulations, and policies. Northern Mexicans run a way tighter- militant ship where there is little room for mistakes, dictating their numbers significantly. They prefer “quality over quantity”.
True. Even on the outside, it’s common lnowledge here in Cali that you’ll find southerners running turfs in NorCal but definitely won’t find northerners in SoCal flagging like that. I’d imagine they’d have to run a tight ship given that. Regardless, both sides are no joke.
Yeah operation Black Widow was a huge deal when it happened. Moving the bosses out of state was a massive blow. As for guys who don’t agree with NF policy, there are drop out crews like the Bulldogs, Northern Riders and the Nueva Flores and they feel safety in numbers. Now guys who drop out join these gangs for protection. These gangs now recruit new members so not necessarily a drop out gang anymore. Streets have changed
this is 90 percent wrong look up founders of the NF majority were from southern cali and look up founders of eMe a lot were from sacramento san francisco merced and bakersfield 😂😂😂 which is the north there were no nor/south borders or boundaries that was created later a lot later. and the NF never got pressed it was regular mexicans/immigrants/farm workers who were getting pressed the NF were gangsters lol they both went to the shu in 1975 therefore they created nortenos and surenos and created a just cause to get them to fight for. lol
Facts! I'm actually on a gangland episode "race wars". I was 15yrs old. 1998. The footage was taken from a homies pad during a police raided. Back when it was vhs tapes 📼
If you really was in the streets you'd know Gangland is inaccurate af. I used to watch it as a kid too until I jumped off the porch and started getting locked up and realized a lot of their shit is inaccurate and disrespectful
That’s what I found interesting when I moved to NorCal. It actually threw me off and recall even inquiring why and having it broken down to me. Initially, it didn’t make sense to me seeing the Brown hate based on regional differences. It really seemed sad and stupid to me. That’s why I say there’s banging in the Bay but mainly with the Brown.
Imagine being killed in 2024 over a pair of Chuck Taylors that was stolen 60 years ago from a guy you don't know, by a guy you don't know in a prison where u have never been. And those shoes have been somewhere in a garbage landfill for the past 50 years... That's wild man
Imagine if the northerners never fought back, and the mexican Mafia would continue to oppress the Raza from up north. Years of war, ended up coming to the end of hostilities and the north earned thier respect from the most powerful gang in Cali prisons " LA EME"
@@user-sr6jt2uf9h I'm not talking about the people who were in that prison... I'm talking about the people born in 2001 who grew up in middle class suburban neighborhoods... In prison if someone disrespects or steals your stuff then yeah u need to defend yourself. But having opps for something that happened 60 years ago is wild.. imagine your grandfather back in 1965 got beat up and his shoes stole by the neighborhood bully.. now you go to school with that bullys grandson... Are you gonna go get a Draco and knock him down because your grandpa got jumped and robbed from his grandpa?
They were dress shoes and the EME member stole them to punk ol boy and let everyone know these guys ain't about nothing. He could've easily stole a pen, top Ramen anything. It's not about what he stole more about why he stole. Shits been bubbling way before these damn shoes.
Blood in blood out woow korney dude says bobo only knows korney says violence other korn say wow how did you know that maybe cuz there in prison korn lol
Nope. Those are tools that the devil uses to entice people who fall into idolatry and become willing to do anything to get them. It’s what those things represent (evidence of acquired power & success so to speak) that makes them desirable.
@@fkurdeadhomiez they are right. Original padre was John Valdez from Little Valley and other members were from San Diego, Bakersfield. Death row Joe was from Oxnard. Babo from Bakers. Started in Soledad in 1965 but September 16 1968 is the celebrated date during the shoe war.
No need to hate on them. If you watch enough of their vids, you’ll see that they’re not claiming to “know” so to speak as much as them learning and seeking to understand how things work in Cali and other regions. That East Coast vs. West Coast stuff is played out and stupid. I’ve lived on both sides and got fam on both sides so I always hated that even when it was first pushed via rap back in the late 90’s. There’s good and bad no matter what corner of the planet you’re at.
