I mean if the person doesn't die or if there's no witnesses and you do the job right and keep your mouth shut. It's not impossible to never get caught up. Because the people you popped if they are legit. They will just wait to get thier get back when the time comes. And if you do kill them with no witnesses, dead men tell no tales so you can't charge someone with murder if you can't prove it. I personally know someone who liveed down the street and shot a couple dudes on my block in broad daylight. (they lived with minor injuries because they only got hit in the leg and butt.) But the guy who shot never was arrested for it. But the dudes he shot did get locked up because they were on probation and I guess because they didn't tell, they were violated for being involved in gang activity while on probation. (Which sounds super backwards to me. Because even though they didn't say who shot them they were the victims.) But thats the risk you sign up for when you live this type of life.
