I've driven this track at least 15 events, and it never gets old. Last month was such a small private rental that we were able to drive the track in reverse. I will tell you, it is drastically faster in reverse. Far more of the turns have the ground coming up against your tires instead of falling out from under you. My 98mph brake dive into turn 1 becomes a 114mph brake dive into turn 18. Always glad to see people like you getting the word out on NYST. They have new improvements to something every time I go back. The middle of the car trailer area is now paved specifically so guys can do donuts and drift around like hoons at the end of the day.
I was expecting to watch this and think “all wrong, shut up”. But this is actually a perfect overview. Good lines and everything. Like you said, the only thing left is more visits to fine tune the lines that work for your car
Great job on the video! I’ve been going to NYST for 5 years now and the thrill of it never gets old. Glad you enjoyed it and chose to run with s2ktakeover. Brad and the crew are top notch!
@@LapoftheWorld Hopefully i'll run into you next year when im back on track with s2ktakeover (took this year off). I have footage on my channel from NYST and Pineview last year and many prior years going back to 2017. Subbed to your channel, great content!
RIP all of the kitty litter after the drain plug incident...Made for some neat shots coming out of 18, but had to still tip-toe a few other places as it was still dusty if not oily all afternoon, lol.
