Okay. can we please, PLEASE talk about how this man got a local artist to perform live in a VEGAN COOKING VIDEO!? WTF!? The aestherics, the music, the food, the editing. Everything about this channel is on SUCH AN INCREDIBLE LEVEL. 100\10. My favotire RU-vid channel of all times next to Liziqi and Pick Up Limes. I made this today and holy cow this is fantastic! The lotus biscuits make the best base and the filling was sweet , creamy and tasted wonderfully like cheesecake 🥰 definitely making this again! *update: this is now the most requested dessert I've ever made! I keep coming back to this video since I've made it several times already and it's almost never enough! Everyone goes for seconds and even thirds! Even the biggest vegan skeptics I know love it and can't tell the diference :)

I made the base as per website instructions. Disaster. Instructions called for 180g butter, but only had something like 120g or 130g and even that was WAY too much. Strange.

I was expecting something more fussy. Many vegan cheesecakes are time-consuming. This looks surprisingly easy and uncomplicated...aside from removing it from the pan ;^) Thanks for sharing!

I made it yesterday and oh my god! It is honestly one of the best cheesecakes i've ever had! Just make sure you use the right temps in the oven, otherwise the top might end up cracking a little
