Hey Guys, This is episode 4 from my new season! CHOCOLATE, PEANUT BUTTER & BERRY CHEESECAKE !! This is a great recipe because its Gluten free & refined sugar free. Plus its Raw! This cheesecake only takes around 30 minutes of hands on preparation - the freezer does the rest of the work! If serving it all at once I recommend removing the cheesecake from the freezer a couple hours before serving so its totally defrosted. I should of brought mine out slightly sooner to be honest. Tasted great though. Thanks for watching. Gaz

As a recovering chef (15 years) it's quite refreshing to see a vegan channel as unique as yours. You're creating and presenting some really innovative and well thought out vegan food --- you're a true original. Props to you for crafting your own path in an otherwise overdone and often redundant RU-vid genre. On another note --- your devoted fan club and repeated offers of marriage are cracking me up! You're a rock star with groupies, and I mean that with genuine affection and no snark. Cheers and good cooking! Looking forward to the cookbook, it's already pre-ordered.

Its my dream to have my own show, however I am still getting used to having cameras on my whilst cooking & have only filmed 4 seasons of videos. Hopefully I will be a pro soon 😀

So you don't know if the cake has to be in the freezer only while making it? If I make a cake today, and I want to serve tomorrow, does it need to be the whole night in the freezer?

@@lanamiletic1with these types of cakes, u gotta put it in the freezer to store. But if ur cake has no cream or icing then u could store it outside i guess. Why I’m a even telling u this after two years, u prolly won’t even see it LOL
