ive used jackfruit a couple of times and its been just ok. Ive just made this jackfruit filling and squeezing the water out is a game changer. The texture and flavour here is stunning. Cheers Gaz, awesome job.

Bruh this looks amazeballs. I made some baos awhile back using purple sweet potato in the dough (purple baos yo) with tofu in a sticky 5-spice sauce and it was bomb. Will be sure to try this recipe too! The jackfruit looks epic.
