This is PART 9 of my first playthrough of Grand Poo World 3 Watch me LIVE on Twitch! ► / grandpoobear Merch ► grandpoobear.com/ Editor: / rublychan Editor: / weskillnow 11/19/23. #GrandPOOBear #Mario
Shoutout to your editor. The way these level attempts don’t miss a beat and keep the viewer engaged by not going back TOO far on a section but just enough to show your progress. Tickles the brain good. This game is absolutely bonkers and so are you GPB ❤️
In case anyone was wondering what was going on with the funny sound effects on the Thwomps in the DKC3 level, it's a glitch that I don't fully understand but it involves using up all of the music channels on the SNES hardware and the game not knowing which effect or channel to use. The first time I saw that was on Juz's stream at like 2 in the morning and I was just giggling like a goddamn idiot every time.
"There is nothing cooler than a 90s Starter jacket"? My winter jacket is a Starter jacket from a soccer team that no longer exists, and I'll wear it every day this winter.
22:50 (in chat) Actually, the railway system had already been built; the cool experiment showed that the slime mold agreed with civil engineers on the most efficient ways to connect the network.
Omg, I finally understand. I watched this first level on steam. And now I'm seeing the edited version on RU-vid. Aaahhhhh, it's so good. You youtubers don't know how good we have it here, not having to turn into old skeletons waiting for Poo to finish the level. 😆
"Where have you seen chickens in Mario" uhh Wario's pet hen?? Obviously?? (Also there are literal chicken enemies called Chickens in Super Mario Land but screw those guys)
It's more a DKC3 addition to the game. There's a couple lategame DKC3 levels that this is clearly very-heavily influenced by. Specifically Kong-Fused Cliffs and, if I recall correctly (been a long time since I last played it) Ropey Rumpus, both from the world Razor Ridge, the second to last world excluding the secret world. (The music used in the GPW3 level is also the track used in both of those levels.)
I don't remember who it was, but I remember someone saying something to the effect of "You can't playfully banter with someone who doesn't know you, that's just called insulting someone out of nowhere"
BARB IS A Damned awesome person, Love the old jokes, but I get that the joke gets stale after a while, I do honestly find his dedication to creating such an awesome hack super cool. Thx for being awesome Barb
This chat is learning how to make "Barb is a..." jokes the way I eventually learned how to make "Your mom" jokes. Misleading into an unexpectedly wholesome punchline
Dude I think I just bought the same headphones as you. I didn't mean to, I meant to get wireless ones lol. But god damn they're so nice, I can deal with the wire.
that Yoshi level... was that music from shinobi on sega? it sounds so familiar! i think the backround on this level is also from that horse level from that game. lol
So weird that poo mentioned lion king and there was a clip of a plauthrough... i missed that part of the stream. Was asking people what was the hardest snes game and i mentioned it would be cool to see him beat the lion king. Gonma have to have a look for that after this!
@@GrandPOOBear thanks 👍 Disney game i asked about on stream was illusion island. Easy game, but could be good to play as a family. Up to 4 players, you have hearts for hp and can hug eachother to gain a heart. Can also help eachother up platforms etc.
How did he find that secret hint up there in the air lol im so confused about how this game loads stuff. Wonder if Barb has seen this or talked about how that happens.
rockface rumble from donkey kong country 3. its used on levels like ropey rumpus from dkc3 which ropeburn is obviously super inspired by. the whole hack is very dkc3 inspired which is amazing cuz that game is super underrated
