◼︎In this video, I tried some traditional Newari food, which is known for its bold spiciness. These meals are a cultural hallmark of the Newari people, the historic inhabitants of the Kathmandu Valley and its surrounding areas in Nepal. The Newaris are also celebrated as the creators of the region’s rich historical heritage and civilization.
