I can’t wait to be as happy as Chachi. She glows so much from before to now. You can tell she’s really happy. One thing I notice about Chachi is that she reminds her daughter that she’s beautiful. If you watch her live-streams or even other videos, she always says “hello beautiful” and I feel that in itself tells you that she’s a good mother to Sophia. I don’t think people realize how effective something as small as that can be.

As a new mom of a one month old I can say this list is spot on! Only thing I would add is a swing or play mat and a baby carrier if you don’t have a ton of extra help❤️ oh and gripe water! It’s controversial but it’s worked for my baby.
She's so cute, looks a lot like her father. I wonder if it will change as she grows up. my sister and I were very much alike when we were younger but she started to have my dad's facial traits as she grows up. while I had my mom's :)

I swore by cornstarch for diaper rashes. You use it like baby powder. I spent so much money on expensive diaper creams and they really didn’t help but cornstarch is awesome!
Baby powder is basically just scented corn starch so using corn starch is great. I always swore by Vaseline to prevent diaper rash and it really worked. My daughter only had diaper rash like three times and it always went away in a couple of days.
Regarding the feeding section, if you have medical insurance check with your insurance about a breast pump. I was able to get a double electric breast pump for free. All my doc had to do was write a prescription for it and send it to the insurance and my insurance covered it completely. Depending on your insurance will depend on what type of breast pump you are able to receive and if you have to pay a fee or anything but it’s definitely worth looking into. Also do it around 28-35 weeks. Most insurance companies won’t allow you to have your breast pump until 37 weeks or later some may do earlier but that’s a great resource to get a breast pump!

Congrats! I have a three month baby girl and she is currently sleeping through the night, I use the Love to Dream Swaddle. Babies who are swaddled typically sleep longer. Sending positive vibes to you and your baby.

As a soon-to-be pediatric nurse I highly recommend you and all mamas to switch the NoseFrida to a BabyVac!! We use them in hospitals but they also sell ones that hook up to your vacuum cleaner. They work so much better than the manual ones! Some mom's even use it on themselves when they're sick 😄
Tip: Instead of baby powder just use cornstarch. It's all natural and won't cause cancer. Some baby powders are cornstarch based but the other stuff in it is what's bad like Talc/ Talcum powder or fragrance.

I don't know about the Bepanthen in Finland, but I live in Poland and my tattoo artist said that since November 2019 they changed the ingredients in this ointment and it isn't safe to use it on tattooes anymore
