Steve, One year ago I met the man of my dreams!!! He is the sweetest, most caring, compassionate person I have ever met!!! He was 68 and I was 70 when we met. I am a Great-Grandma and he has one 23 year old adult child that he is extremely close to and he has a young son still living at home. His wife who he loved dearly for 30 years passed away over 3 years ago. Neither of us were looking for anyone when we met so it took awhile for us to really get together but we kept being drawn to each other. Now we are both DEEPLY in love with each other. It's NEVER too late to fall in LOVE 💖💖

My Mom always said people worried too much about their children. Suffering when you're young is good for you, she said. It immunized your body and your soul, and that was why she ignored us kids when we cried. Fussing over children who cry only encouraged them, she told us. That's positive reinforcement for negative behavior, and I understand her point of view but it is different from the way Steve raised his boys. Do you live with your family?

This was absolutely amazing. I was smiling like those were my parents. Glad they found love again. As for the advice Steve gave elimination of the term step Dad or Mom is so important. That already carries a barrier and limitations. Men should have full range when families are blended. Especially dealing with boys and young men. We can't minimize a Man's position in the home especially when one is willing to lead correctly. I love the advise given on all levels. 💝❤
